I hoped to walk out of the dealership with a new car and a financing plan that suited me and I did. They even congratulated me on my new purchase; I felt like I won something it felt great. This dealership contacted in an attempt to purchase my vehicle. We agreed to a price, which they reduced by $200 by the time I brought it in two days later. At that point, I accepted the $200 difference just to push forward with the transaction. Upon inspection of the vehicle, their crack service staff found over $3000 worth of work that was required and offered me over $2000 less than the original negotiated price. I had to remind them that I had a bumper to bumper warranty to repair one of the two items, which they finally agreed on after doing their due diligence at my request. I shouldn't have to remind them that certain items are covered under my warranty, but in this instance, it clearly benefit the dealer to conveniently forget this. For the second item, exhaust work, they were attempting to charge back $2300, which was ridiculous for this type of work. I immediately took the vehicle to Pine Belt Nissan in Keyport, who repaired the vehicle for $125. Amazing how Red Bank Nissan was trying to convince me that $125 worth of work would cost them $2300 to do. So, my overall complaint is the poor tactics that were used to reduce the offer on my vehicle, particularly around the fact that Red Bank Nissan was attempting to misrepresent and over-quote for service, in attempt to undervalue my vehicle. I've bought two vehicles here in the past, and one would think that would account for honest service. Sadly, it does not... More
Fortunately, the Sales Manager, Jameson, came in and saved the sale. The sales rep, initials MJ, was very inexperienced, and unprofessional. He did not know his product, and had two disagreements with co-workers on the sales floor in front of customers. Jameson was friendly, honest, looked you in the eye when in discussion, and worked very hard to meet my demands and gain my business. He also supervised the vehicle prep phase to be sure my new cpo vehichle was showroom quality before I arrived for delivery. As a result of how I was treated by Jameson, I have already recommended this dealership to a number of friends. More
Michael Del Priore and Jim Rizzo couldn't do any more then they both did. Michael knew I lived in Staten Island. So he did everything on the phone with me, including beating the other dealers price. Took all my info gave him a deposit and when I got there to pick up my car. Jim Rizzo and Michael met me at the door. They went over the whole car with me signed the papers. I was in and out in an hour. Great customer relations, that I sent them a customer right away. Best dealership I ever bought a car from. Thanks Michael and Jim you earned my business for a long time More
Buyiny a car can be a stressful experience for some, but Nissan World of Redbank turned our purchase into a hassle-free transaction. My son was buying his first car, and we were looking for a used car. We never thought he would be able to buy a new car given his budget. Lamore Merhant went out of his way to see what he could find. What he found were numerous incentives and discounts, and somehow he and his managers offered us a deal that exceeded our expectations in both styling and cost...a brand new car, under budget and well under invoice, with upgrades we hadn't even considered. I would definitely recommend Nissan World of Redbank. More

The salesperson did a poor job of explaining the features of the car to me. The salesperson failed to excite me about the car nor did he make the car come alive for me. The test drive was too quick and sho of the car to me. The salesperson failed to excite me about the car nor did he make the car come alive for me. The test drive was too quick and short. The dealership isn't welcoming or friendly. No one from the dealership acknowledges customers while the customer is browsing the lot. The dealership uses pressure tactics to entice customers to purchase a car even when the customer states they want to look at other vehicles before making a decision. More
