I have been coming to Nissan World for the past 20 years and it is because of individuals like Jim Rizzo. Jim is extremely professional, caring and really takes the time to listen to your needs and financia and it is because of individuals like Jim Rizzo. Jim is extremely professional, caring and really takes the time to listen to your needs and financial situation in order to give you the best deal possible. Jim is not your stereotypical "Car Salesman". He truly understands that his job is to work with the customer and try to work out the best deal possible for the client. My 2013 Rogue is the 3rd car I have leased from Jim and he goes above and beyond normal industry standards to satisfy the client. I had gone in here one day knowing what I wanted. I was quoted a price, but it was unfortunately out of my price range. I had all different managers come out and try to coarse me to buy the car, but the pr quoted a price, but it was unfortunately out of my price range. I had all different managers come out and try to coarse me to buy the car, but the price just was not right at the time. Two days later, I received a call telling me they could get very close to the price I was looking for and to come in to sign the papers ASAP. I was so happy and went in the next day. However, when signing the papers they tried to add an extra $1800 dollars in other areas of the contract to compensate the low price over the car and messed around with the rebates numbers so that my amount financed was higher than it was supposed to be. Luckily, my dad is an accountant and caught this before we finished signing the papers and we left after spending over 3 hours there going over everything else. The finance manager even said, “The price of this car is already $1500 off, I can’t take off another $1800 too” (which was the price I was quoted on the phone).A few days later, I got an email from their customer service manager asking me about my experience and I told him exactly what happened. He told me he would look into it and get back to me right away, and he would get back to me ‘tomorrow’ after talking with his staff. I am STILL waiting. Basically, this dealership is not about customer service, it’s all business to them. NOT EVEN the customer service manager cared about my complaint. This dealership does not run business fairly and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. All this dealership cares about is having happy customers put reviews on here because the sales reps had told me to make sure I put a good review about them online when they “were” giving me the deal they said they were. This explains why they still have NEW 2012 cars all over there lot and in their showroom. I went to another local Nissan dealer and bought my car the other day. They were so much more straight forward and honest and did not haggle with me at all. More

I inquired about a new Pathfinder in November. Mike Delpriore responded and continued to stay in touch even though I did not respond. When I brought my car in for service, I was looking in the lot and Delpriore responded and continued to stay in touch even though I did not respond. When I brought my car in for service, I was looking in the lot and this gentleman asked if he could help. I wound up being assisted by Jim Rizzo. We took a test drive, spoke about the true value pricing and then negotiated a deal which I felt was fair. There was no pressure and the dealer responded to my counter offer. There was no back and forth haggling. I was asked what I was looking for in a deal and we were able to meet the number. it was my good fortune that as I was walking away from the lot while I was having my car serviced, an employee went out of his way to ask if he could be of any help. He introduced me to Mike who I was communicating with in internet sales. It seems they have a great team in the Red Bank dealership. More
