I had done some research and believed a Nissan Altima would be the best choice based on price, safety, mpg, and the proximity of the dealership to home. My father and I were immediately greeted cordially by Gregg Meoni, who offered water and coffee and was quick to get started. After the preliminary paperwork, we immediately got to test drive the car I wanted, a 2015 Nissan Altima S in the gun metallic color. The car drove smoothly and was far more comfortable than most cars I had been in for my height and wide shoulders. Once back in the dealership, we moved through paperwork and financial planning quickly, with Gregg helping explain all the details while efficiently getting everything done. As soon as we had all the basics figured out, Gregg brought an estimate of car payments (which was quite reasonable to start with, which was pleasant considering the reputations of salesmen to force a long haggling process). The recent graduate deal was great to help with financing, I recommend recent grads to look into Nissan offers. After a bit more haggling we settled on it, were congratulated by both Gregg and Chris Vinci, and were brought back to James Pearce to discuss the final details and warranties. He was completely no-nonsense and immediately got the numbers for us including warranty options. We promptly picked the most reasonable option and got to signing the paperwork. Soon after I was driving my new car off the lot happily. I was impressed at the friendliness and efficiency of all employees involved and had a remarkably easier (and shorter) time buying my first new car than I had expected. While I cannot yet speak of the car too much (as I've just barely used it) I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience and recommend Nissan World to anyone looking for a car, but especially recent graduates for the discounted Nissan offers. I am very likely to come back in the future when looking for my next car, though hopefully my Altima is an enjoyable and lasting experience. More
wonderful experience I was in the market for a reliable pre-owned vehicle on a limited budget and I was very nervous about making such a big purchase decision. Everyone I I was in the market for a reliable pre-owned vehicle on a limited budget and I was very nervous about making such a big purchase decision. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and accommodating. They were all patient with me and were not at all pushy or intimidating. They all worked very hard to find me the right vehicle at the right price and made sure I was very comfortable with my decision. They are all top notch in my book! I love my new car! More

I started looking at Cars.com and found a perfect 2010 370z with only 4,000 miles. The listed price was $27,399. I scheduled a test drive via email and car was ready when I got there. It was a little more than I wanted to spend on a toy but it was perfect. I took a test drive and the car was very nice. Pulling back into the dealers lot the salesmen asked if I would buy it. I told him since your asking $27,399 on a 5 year old car I would take it home right now for $26,000. He said well the price is really $28,399 the price listed on the Internet includes a $1000 discount for customer loyalty. I have purchased a new Nissan in 2003 but it wasn't at this dealer. He said the discounted price was only for people who bought from this dealer. We went inside and I really wanted the car even after these sleaze ball tactics. After a day or two of emails back and forth they would not even come close to the advertised price. They were still $600 more then the price this car is listed on Cars.com. I tried to write an honest review of my experience of what I went through and somehow it disappears and their webpage is filled with 4 and 5 star reviews. ( again low grade) They called me several times today even after I found another car at a really nice honest dealer. I have nothing to lose or gain from writing this, I would just hate for someone to fall for this horrible dealers tactics. For the record they did have one good salesman that was very knowledgable of cars in general. Darren K. More

The s I walked into Nissan after receiving an invite to upgrade from 2012 Juke to a 2014. The deal was great and a week later I have a brand new car. The staff was courteous, professional, efficient and accommodating. Jim Rizzo, my sale rep, sold me my first Juke and handled this sale as well. He is knowledgeable and always a step ahead in knowing what my question or need will be. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. These guys are awesome!! There is no pressure, cheesy pitch, or "fake" enthusiasm. More

Immediately he asked me what I was looking for and after a description he showed me to the first and only car I looked at, which was fine with me because I loved the vehicle and ended up purchasing. Jim went over everything about the vehicle in detail and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Overall it was a great buying experience. More
Recently stopped in to inquire about getting TPMS sensors programmed for my car. The person in service was not only rude acting like I was bothering him, but he was also simple. I had to explain to him 3 tim programmed for my car. The person in service was not only rude acting like I was bothering him, but he was also simple. I had to explain to him 3 times that I had bought aftermarket wheels and tires for the winter months and needed the new TPMS sensors in the tires to be programmed to my specific vehicle. He then called a technician out to us and asked him if he could do this and the technicians response was something like sure no problem I can grab the hand held remote and try programming them. The service rep then told me that it would cost $135 to do this and if the remote didn't do the trick it would cost more b/c they would have to access the car's computer. I said so basically for $135 there's no guarantee that it will work and it could potentially cost me even more? He replied yes. I almost agreed until I remembered having to have this done in the past on my old Nissan and not having to pay this much. I put the situation on hold and called the next closest Nissan dealership and was told that it was FREE for the hand held programming and $55 if that didn't work and they had to access the vehicles computer. I decided to go there instead. They charged me nothing and had me out within 15 min. I can't believe that not only was Red Bank Nissan rude and ignorant, they were going to steal $135 or more from me for something that literally took 10 min to do and required very little effort. For the record I purchased my vehicle new from Red Bank and because of this past experience I have promised myself that I will NEVER return there. For ANYTHING. More
The reason for the visit was to turn in my leased Nissan early and purchase a used one. Before the start of negotiations, I specifically told them (over email, phone, and in person) that I did not want the early and purchase a used one. Before the start of negotiations, I specifically told them (over email, phone, and in person) that I did not want the remaining lease payments to be added to the price of a "new" car, and if it was not possible then I was not interested in doing business. After the deal was negotiated, I was asked to wait for "Finance guy" to sign paperwork. The saleswoman specifically told me that all remaining lease payments would be waived and not added to the price of the new car. When I questioned the inflated numbers on the print out for the used Nissan, she said "don't worry about it, it's a wrong paperwork" and she quickly put it away. Two hours later, after I met the finance guy, the first question out of his mouth was which form of payment will I be using to pay all remaining payments on my leased Maxima. After I called the saleswoman into the office to ask her about the misunderstanding, her response was "Oh." Be careful everyone, there are one of those dealers that will blatantly lie and actually try to trick you. The finance guy actually said that he would knock off $700 if I agree to sign the contract More
Michelle presented herself as very professional, pleasant, honest, helpful and extremely knowledge. She did not waste my husband or my time in showing us vehicles that we weren't interested in. Michelle wanted to know exactly what we were looking and delivered just that. It was an extremely pleasant experience. We love our new Nissan Versa. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from her and would most certainly recommend my family and friends to her. More
