Most comfortable car purchase Shawn Hutton was so pleasant. I was a little nervous due to previous car purchases. Mr. Hutton eased that nervous feeling as soon as we sat down. Fair, up front, no pressure, excellent service center This is my second Rogue from Nissan City. I bought from them because of their honesty and integrity. I chose them for my first Rogue because of their consumer rating which is exceptionally high compared to alternative dealerships in my area. A Nissan was third or fourth on my list originally, but I excluded the first three because of the games the salespeople played at other dealerships. I returned for my second purchase not only because I like the Rogue, but I trust Nissan City to give me a fair deal. Their service center is excellent and the adviser John provides personalized, highly professional service. The quality of a service center was equally important in my choice of a car, so you could say John sold me my second Rogue. I very highly recommend Nissan City of Port Chester. More

Awesome & Highly Recommend Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily. More

Fantastic I have leased two other Nissan vehicles previously with two different dealerships in the last 6 years, (Mt, Kisco & Bruce Bennett, respectively). By I have leased two other Nissan vehicles previously with two different dealerships in the last 6 years, (Mt, Kisco & Bruce Bennett, respectively). By far, this was the best experience I have, had with a Nissan dealership and is what persuaded me to lease again with Nissan and not switch to another car company altogether. This is totally a result of the experience I had in dealing with Steven Vazquez. He was prompt in responding to questions, quick to present me with options and in general, refreshing to deal with, even responding to inquiries on his personal time. He is professional, friendly and most importantly, fair. Even dealing with the finance manager, Dave, was a painless experience, with no hidden fees or last minute changes/charges. I'll happily return to Nissan City at lease end. More
