I brought my car in for repairs they left my key in the vehicle and it was stolen. They promised to take care of the situation but then they didn’t. Instead they waited for my insurance payout and then att vehicle and it was stolen. They promised to take care of the situation but then they didn’t. Instead they waited for my insurance payout and then attempted to sell me a car at full price. Their management is horrible. Service is horrendous and then didn’t try to contact me or help me to compensate for the items in my vehicle that were stolen. Both the car and key was gone but they claimed no one from the dealership was responsible. I would never go to this dealership for service of purchase. The manager Isaac is completely tone deaf and insensitive. He treated my concerns as if it was an inconvenience for him when they allowed my vehicle to be stolen from their lot. More
This dealership is not responsive at all, especially after you have purchased a car from it. It took me over 3 weeks to get my deposit back from the car I actually purchased. Now that I over-paid for my DMV fees, and they are required to refund the difference, and of course, no one responds to emails or calls. And, my first payment is due this week, and there is no record of my loan with Nissan, and again, the dealership won't return emails or calls. The sales person, Joshua Pena, was great, but he left the day after I picked-up my car. More

If they do not honor PRIOR FREE Oil Change policy...that had been promised by Nissan when purchasing new car...then there should definitely be a Class Action suit brought against them!! It's ok to change a had been promised by Nissan when purchasing new car...then there should definitely be a Class Action suit brought against them!! It's ok to change and/or remove the Free oil change offer when currently selling new/used cars...due to new takeover...BUT to take away the offer after it was part of the deal that encouraged us to buy the car initially!!??...Outrageous and ultimately illegal...no matter who took over service operations...it is still under the Nissan umbrella! Awful they are crooks. Went for my lifetime free oil change and they don’t honor it anymore. I spent 75,000 on two vehicles and this is what I get. Went in for an oil change and they wanted to charge me 39.99 when I supposedly had free oil changes for lifetime. I was told the new owners don’t honor that anymore because of the cost of oil. I had a very good and honest experience doing a lease buyout of my Nissan Rogue. Jason and Julio answered all my questions and were transparent about the entire process. I was very skeptical because I had called several different NY Nissan dealerships prior, where I received quotes of a $1,995 doc fee (Smithtown) or a required purchase of their extended warranty of $3,000 (Central) in order to simply buy out the vehicle. This dealership was different. They were honest and straightforward, answering all my questions and as a customer, I felt like they treated me with respect and courtesy. I can not express how much I appreciate that. It sounds like they are under new management, so I commend Ray for tackling the many different tasks of managing the floor and helping me throughout this process as well. Thank you so much! More
