They were willing to go the extra mile and then some. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan to visit Nissan City. More
The very nice gentleman got us a brand new sporty Altima coupe, and we are very happy with the car. Our time at the dealership was very nice. It is a small, clean store on the main road just past McDonalds, coupe, and we are very happy with the car. Our time at the dealership was very nice. It is a small, clean store on the main road just past McDonalds, with a car lot nextdoor. They have a good stock of Nissans at good prices, and were especially helpful with getting us financing on the new car. Many thanks! More
I can't say enough good things about Nissan City. It's very clean and there's just a positive vibe there. All the people working there are really cool. It's not difficult to find, in Port Chester NY not f very clean and there's just a positive vibe there. All the people working there are really cool. It's not difficult to find, in Port Chester NY not far from Greenwich CT. They have a lot of certified used Nissans on their lot, so if you look for a common car like a Maxima like me you will have plenty of selection to choose from. I never felt pressured, and the car has been great. I've already stopped by service, and service is a breeze, too. Very nice people. I was talking to the salesman again while waiting at service, and I had him call my cousin as she's looking for a car, too, and their prices are very fair. More
The sevice dept would not warranty a broken strut repair on my 2006 Altima with 17000mi. The part broke suddenly while pulling out of my driveway. I did not run over or hit anything for this to happen. on my 2006 Altima with 17000mi. The part broke suddenly while pulling out of my driveway. I did not run over or hit anything for this to happen. The service dept is accussing me of hitting something and will not warrant the repair. This dealership has a LYING and scamming business practice. I brought the car to 4 other repair shops for there opinion on this matter. Each one of them said it should be warrantied and the Nissan Dealer is scamming you and should definitely warrant the repair. I resent being accused of causing this to happen and Nissan City of Port Chester NY should respect there customers and honor there waranties. I will never buy or lease another Nissan thanks to Nissan City of Port Chester NY More
