This dealership is the worst. Went to lease a 2025 Rogue. Salesperson did his job. He explained the difference between sl and platinum models. I even test drove a platinum. All the positive went to the toilet when I requested a OTD price. Sales guy kept asking if I was interested in financing or leasing. I requested a OTD price a couple of times and that's when the Angel Sanchez - finance idiot approaches me and says, "I know more than you, give me a few minutes." I am a senior accountant, and have financed and leased many cars in my life time. I know how to make a deal in leasing a car. I finally said ok give me a lease number. Sales guy comes back and offers $399 a month. Not bad, but there was a catch. Sales guy says that deal is only for today. I told him that I had appointments with other dealers and requested the $399 in writing. That is when the Angel Sanchez - finance idiot approaches me again and asks what is the problem. I requested the offer of $399 in writing, and he said no. That the offer is for today only. I said I was not ready to run my credit, and asked if that was his final offer, and he said yes in a very unprofessional aggresiive manner. Stay away from this dealership. Place is very unprofessional. Angel Sanchez - finance idiot needs to learn how to speak to people. There is a time and a place to act unprofessional. Going to a car dealership should not the place nor time to act like a lowlife. More

Despite multiple attempts to move forward—including submitting paperwork and offering a deposit—I was ignored, rushed, and ultimately felt more like a burden than a customer. The sales team (Selma and Angel) showed little regard for transparency, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. After days of chasing information and receiving no clear answers, we decided to purchase from another dealership. I prefer to support local businesses, but this experience made that impossible. Although this dealer touts Transparency, Efficiency and Respect on their website, they failed miserably in all regards. BUY ELSEWHERE! More

My husband and I decided we wanted to keep our 3 yrs leased car instead of re-leasing another car we love our car. At that time we also purchased a service agreement for $269.00.The only option we had w leased car instead of re-leasing another car we love our car. At that time we also purchased a service agreement for $269.00.The only option we had was to finance it. The staff was very helpful all thru this. I asked the dealer if the some warranty would be included with this. He said yes. But as I was looking at my sale receipt I noticed we were charged, for "prepaid Maintenance Agreement of $1,295.00, Then on Nov. 1 I had the car serviced for milage and it cost be $612.31 out of pocket. Please let me know why this service was not included in the $1,295 service agreement. Looking forward for someone to clarify this. Thank you. More

Everyone in the sales department is very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely buy a car from you guys again but when it comes to service at the service department, that’s a different story terrible friendly.
