I called Thomas Ronan on Tuesday, 12/24/13 to inform him that I had a flat that needed to be replaced. He apologized about not being able to fit me in as they were closing early (due to holiday). He assured me he would call the warehouse on Thursday morning to order tires and could have me come in at 9 AM. Upon arrival on Tursday morning, Thomas informed me that he already had the tires in. After evaluating my car, it was determined that my front right tire tread was wearing thin, an alignment would be needed along with an engine belt. When I asked if a loaner car could be given so I could go to work, I was told no problem. Thomas even went to retrieve items I would need. However, unfortunately, my license had expired so I could not borrow a car! Thomas offered to take me to the RMV, but I was having a bad hair day!! As a courtesy, Thomas replaced my right break light for free. Not a great day but this dealership, knowing I make my living on the road, prevented me from having more problems. More

Went to Nissan 24 service center to have a headlight repaired on my daughters Maxima. They stated it not only needed a new bulb which we purchased for $214. but that when they tried to replace just the repaired on my daughters Maxima. They stated it not only needed a new bulb which we purchased for $214. but that when they tried to replace just the bulb it flickered which meant it needed a whole new headlight replacement kit which would bring the cost to $569 plus about $150 in labor. I thought $700 was a lot to repair a headlight so I purchased just the bulb and did not have them do the work. I took the vehicle over to Copeland Toyota where i have my other two vehicles serviced and they replaced the bulb for $11.57. They said it was a very simple repair. Do not trust this service station!!!! More

Prompt, courteous service done right the first time at great prices. I'd rather go here than an independent garage that lacks the resources Nissan 24 has. The advisor I worked with was new. I think it was his first day. Matt was very helpful and guided me to another advisor who was able to help me.
