I didn't end up purchasing a car here, but that's only because it was the first one I test drove and didn't know what a deal they were giving me. The advisor I worked with was new. I think it was his first day. Matt was very helpful and guided me to another advisor who was able to help me. My experience at Nissan 24 was exceptional. The entire staff including the GM was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure or overwhelm me with unnecessary staff including the GM was very friendly and accommodating. My sales representative was very attentive to all my needs and spent hours with me, letting me test drive cars down to the actual color I wanted! They worked with me to find the best payment options and financing. I was able to drive a 2010 Nissan Altima off the lot the same day and couldn’t be happier! Will recommend Nissan 24 to everyone! I found the employees at this dealership to be incredibly incompetent. When that was called to their attention, instead of making the effort to resolve the issue, they excerbated it by treating their custom incompetent. Went to dealership because they had great prices. We ended up buying from them but after the purchase there customer service was TERRIBLE. We were told we were getting two keys with the car. Turns out o ended up buying from them but after the purchase there customer service was TERRIBLE. We were told we were getting two keys with the car. Turns out one of the keys only unlocks door, doesn't start car. They would not make us a second key. A key for the car we purchased cost 120. I was amazed they were not willing to make us a key even though we all know it wouldn't cost them 120 to make a key that is just what the consumer pays. Other than the terrible customer service after the purchase they are an ok dealership. More
Before going to Nissan 24 I went to Quirk Nissan and my experience there was like routine only cared about the sale. This is the first time I ever experienced a very relaxed(not fake) personal approach wit experience there was like routine only cared about the sale. As grizzled veterans of the game playing world of car buying, my wife and I were pleasantly shocked by the way we were treated. Every single person in the dealership, including the sales manager and the buying, my wife and I were pleasantly shocked by the way we were treated. Every single person in the dealership, including the sales manager and the owner himself introduced himself to us and continually asked us if we were being treated alright. The answer was a resounding yes. No haggling on the price. We both were straight with each other and we came to a satisfactory price for both sides. We were treated with the utmost respect. Leanne in the business office did not try to pressure us into financing thought the dealer at a poor rate. She even got us an even better finance rate than I was planning to get from AAA. It was such an unbelievably pleasant experience to be treated as people and not just a checkbook. Kudos to the entire staff. More
My experience at Nissan 24 started with financing arrangements with Sherman. My credit is nowhere near excellent and he went above and beyond to get me an acceptable rate I could live with. I was looking at the new Nissan Versa and Chris Logan brought the price down to what I wanted to pay and added extra features not included in the base model. The next day I brought my new car back where they installed the extra features, transferred the registration, and put on the new sticker. They had picked my car up at my place of work, and then returned it in a few hours. Car buying can be a gruelling experience but this place goes out of it's way to make it easy as possible. More

I went in looking for a used car and ended up leaving with a new car instead, mainly because the staff there went the extra mile to help me find a vehicle that looking for a used car and ended up leaving with a new car instead, mainly because the staff there went the extra mile to help me find a vehicle that fit into my price range. I never felt pressure and left knowing I got a great deal. The sales staff were friendly and not pushy or over-bearing. Chris was awesome and went above and beyond in order to get me into my car (including coming in on his day off and offering to drive to Rhode Island due to an insurance issue). I went in to the dealership on a whim and it ended up being the best decision I could have made. More

My husband and I stopped into Nissan 24 after a long, frustrating day shopping for a new Nissan Altima.We figured we could get the best deal @ Clay Nissan on the "automile". Boy were we wrong. It was a horrible experience, marred by an inexperienced, no knowledge "saleman" who seemed lost and had no clue. After over an hour of driving, and the #'s game, a manager came over and went for the kill. He was rude, overbearing and talked down to me and my husband. We were $600. apart from doing a deal. He told us that if they can't do it no one will. I thought our offer was low, but not unreasonable from the info and research I had done on the internet. We really thought when we got to the parking lot, they would chase our car, or call us shortly there after. Again, we were wrong. We decided to go to a dealer close to our house in Brockton, after my husband said it was a new owner and when he drove by there were a lot of cars and people in the parking lot. The last time I saw it, they had no cars and it looked closed. We decided to give it a shot as my current car had seen better days. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an enthusiastic, upbeat, and "energetic salesman named, Keith. After expalining our story to him, he let us know that he worked for Clay for years along with another salesman there, and left because of some of the same things we experienced. Within 10 minutes Keith found the exact car we wanted, and my husband and I showed him were we needed to be, and 5 minuted later, he returned and said,"shopping is over, I appologize for the way things went at Clay, and we will do the deal they passed on, and are glad you came to us!! My husband and I could not believe that an older, smaller dealer beat the other dealer who was huge. Not only did they do the deal, but even with a packed showroom, we literally signed all papers, and took the new Altima home within 2 hours! Throughout the entire process Keith was as excited about us buying as we were. The whole staff was fantastic.They really made us feel welcomed. I will recommend all my friends and family to him. I suggest anyone looking for a new or used Nissan,check this place out, they really were different and made the process painless. P.S the real owner actually came up to us and thanked us. he was very nice, and seemed geniuine. Erin More
