After being referred by a friend, I checked out Nissan 24. Im sure glad I did! This was my first time at Nissan 24. I must say that before I walked in, all I had was a budget and no specific model that jumped at me, but an idea of what I wanted. Upon my arrival, I was promplty greeted on the sales floor by Mark Zurlo, and so began the sales process. He was attentive, patient, not overbearing & above all else just very genuine. My overall car buying experience was amazing, all thanks to Mark! I will definitely refer everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle to Nissan 24. More
I am a very experienced car buyer with an average of two to five vehicle purchases per year. As such, I have dealt with many dealerships, and many sales managers, general managers and the like. Before buying at Nissan 24, I had a couple of very bad experiences with a couple of other Nissan dealers in my area. I was about to give up on Nissan altogether until I gave one last chance to Nissan 24. Needless to say, I approached them with great cynicism and skepticism. However, they not only regained my trust in Nissan, but exceeded my expectations altogether. From my first contact with Lead Coordinator James Anderson, who was so welcoming, and professional, I felt a level of comfort to proceed with another try at Nissan. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, despite my cynical approach. He put me in touch with Sales Consultant, Chris Logan, who was equally knowledgeable and accommodating. Chris was knowledgeable about the Nissan products I was interested in, and dealt with me without pressure or any impatience. He was truly up against a skepticism from my recent experiences with competitor dealers, and that was something he did not deserve. However, he handled it like a pro, as did James Anderson. During the transaction, I also had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Manage Manny Ribeiro. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and tolerant of my overbearing negotiating manner. He knew I am a lawyer, and well trained in the art of negotiations. He handled himself remarkable well, with great humor and a great deal of respect towards me. As a result of the professional treatment I received, I bought a new Xterra on my first visit to Nissan 24. And finally, though I was a cash buyer, I was put in touch with Finance Manager, Leanne Schmidt to finalize the paperwork. She was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and not the least bit overbearing in trying to sell me “extras” I was clear I did not want. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was so comforted by the professional approach of all those I dealt with, that I strongly suggested to my friend and fellow lawyer, who was with me, to buy a car there as well. He did. He bought a Rogue S Special edition the very next day. More
Be careful when working with the teams other the sales folks. They are not very helpful, do not return phone calls and don't really care once you leave the dealership.. WATCH OUT!!!!!! folks. Every time I have had service at Nissan 24 they have easily accommodated. Car is ready, staff is very pleasant and honored coupon I did not have. Horrible customer service skills. I set up an appointment to see a car, and when I arrived on time, after driving over one hour, they are showing the vehicle to a different person and all I received as an ex to see a car, and when I arrived on time, after driving over one hour, they are showing the vehicle to a different person and all I received as an explanation was ..."I am sorry, business is business.. first come, fist serve".. from the sales manager, who referred to my wife and I as ..."these people"... No remorse, all excuses and no direct answers when I asked for one. "what if I drove 5 hours?" I said...their answer was ..."well.. I don't know..." Basic customer service rules will tell you to try to calm the person down...try to offer a different car, maybe take my info, see what I am looking for.. what do I need...NOTHING!!!!! looked like I was trying to take a car for free.... their main goal was to get us out of there ASAP... that is how they made us feel... like a rat. I am an proud member of the US Armed Forces and I got to say, I did not deserve such treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. More

I found the car online and called to make sure it was still in stock before I drove down there. It was still available so we drove to check it out. We were greeted by Ally who was a very friendly internet sales coordinator. She introduced us to Armando. Once again very friendly, and extremely helpful. He had to deliver some not so good news. My car was SOLD, and not only sold but it just left the lot one hour before we arrived. I was not a happy camper considering the drive and excitement all to find out it was gone. Armando definitely gave it his ALL to find me a car that I would like the same. I had my mind set, and if it wasn't there than I didn't want it. Two days later I was checking my voice mail and had 2 missed calls from Armando. You could hear the excitement in his voice. He was calling to tell me some FABULOUS news. The car was back in business. The previous buyer fell through. Woooo Hooooo! I was so ecstatic. My husband and I drove right over to see it. When we got there I saw it right away and I was overjoyed. Armando came outside to meet us. He had the keys in his hand, and was all ready to slap a plate on it so we could test drive it. We arrived back, and I told him "that is MY car!!!" We ran all kinds of numbers, playing back and forth. We weren't quite where we wanted to be. They were not giving up. They had the GM come over and we kept negotiating. They were very considerate of our time spent, and were very appreciative that we made the trip back to give it another chance. We finally got to the magic number, and we all walked away happy. Even though it was past their opening hours they never once rushed us along. They took their time, and made sure we were fully satisfied. I just hope their dinner wasn't too cold. :) And to top it off even with him having other personal obligations to tend to, he came in on his day off just to make sure that everything was all set with my car. He called me to confirm it would be ready for pick up the next day. WOW!! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal, a great vehicle, and fantastic service. Perfect example of why dealerships aren't to be trusted. They'll tell you one thing, make you wait hours to wear you down and send your name to more than a handful of banks even after having told t trusted. Apparently with these people, you can't change your mind about a car you signed for. Even if this happens the very next morning! Took about a week of arguing, constant phone calls, and trips to this dealership to get my deposit money back. Lots of hidden fees and price changes that you don't think about until the next morning or drive home. More
