Superb customer service / Sales Experience My fiance and I went in for an oil change and also because we were having a recall fixed on his car. The service advisor ,Jude, who had helped us the My fiance and I went in for an oil change and also because we were having a recall fixed on his car. The service advisor ,Jude, who had helped us the entire time was very friendly , very informative and an absolute pleausure. We have been dealing with Nissan 24 for 5 years for vehicle maintaince and repairs... Their service advisors are all very friendly, but this guy was the by far the best one we have ever dealt with. We will definitely continue servicing my vehicle at Nissan 24 in hopes that Jude The Service advisor Will Be There Next Visit Because He was Excellent And Went Above And Beyond With Explaning Things To Us and was an absolutely pleasure dealing with Thank You For Your Time More

A wonderful car buying experience I went to Nissan 24 due to their previous excellent ratings and the best prices around for buying a Nissan. As soon as I walked into the dealer my sa I went to Nissan 24 due to their previous excellent ratings and the best prices around for buying a Nissan. As soon as I walked into the dealer my salesman John Spadea was their to greet me and hold the door open for me. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and HE met all my needs. He was not pushy in any kind of way like most salesman are. He was honest, kind & was all about pleasing the customer. I traded my car in with the intentions of selling it on my own due to most dealers giving you below KBB or Edmunds. John gave me a very good price on my car so I ended up trading it in. When I saw all the awards on his wall for best salesman award and then I understood why. Most of all he kept his word about getting the car to me on a certain day and having it all ready for me. This whole buying experience was a real pleasure. I will be back again when it comes to getting my next car. Thank you John for this pleasant experience. More

I had negotiated the price before with Jason and unlike almost every other dealership I had previously visited they honored the price and is was quick and painless . No bait and switch , no bs , like a lot of other local Nissan dealerships . Manny their finance guy was great as well super quick and efficient . I am very happy to have found Nissan 24 . More
