Laverne was instrumental in helping me not only get a timely appointment, but she was able to get me directly in touch with the accessories guy (Danny) and we were able to make sure all of the parts and timely appointment, but she was able to get me directly in touch with the accessories guy (Danny) and we were able to make sure all of the parts and services I needed on my truck lift project were in order. Everyone at the dealership, in all roles, were nothing less than helpful, nice, and accommodating. I was even able to work in a secluded area and get my truck worked on and didn’t have to burn a day off; that’s customer care to an entirely different level! I will be back when I need something else done on my truck (or any of my other vehicles). More

Ben and Dennis at the Truck Shop at Nimnicht Chevrolet are amazing: THEY are the reason I own GM vehicles. My wifes transmission went out on a Tuesday ( 4 year old Yukon XL w/ 84,000 miles: By Thursday are amazing: THEY are the reason I own GM vehicles. My wifes transmission went out on a Tuesday ( 4 year old Yukon XL w/ 84,000 miles: By Thursday ( 48 hours later) I had a new transmission installed, truck washed and back on the road. ABSOLUTELY outstanding. THESE TWO service managers are the ONLY reason I go to this dealership: they make the difference. They know my name. They go the extra mile.
