problem with suspension of 2015 sierra I've had my truck serviced 4 separate times in the past 4 months for the same issue. I have this annoying grinding/screeching sound coming from rear o I've had my truck serviced 4 separate times in the past 4 months for the same issue. I have this annoying grinding/screeching sound coming from rear of truck. It can be heard when turning, braking, stopping or going over bumps. The service department seems to incompetent and not able to address/ fix the issue as I've been up there 4 different times. All they say is that we " readjusted", "retorqued", or added "pads" but the situation seems to be getting worse. All of these things should have been done and addressed With my first visit. I get the impression as if it's a race to finish each vehicle, instead of taking the time to diagnos and fix the actual issue. These things shouldn't be happening on a brand new 2015 truck that you pay 60,000$. I've also had a difficult time with getting in touch with management in the service department. They don't seem to answer the phone and messages don't seem to get delivered. Lets see if anyone takes the time to address this issue properly now that I've given this dealership 4 separate opportunities to address this single problem with out complaint. More

WE WERE TOLD BY YOUR SERVICE MANAGER THEY HAD TO GET PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER TO CORRECT THE DAMAGE. PHONE CALLS HAS BEEN IGNORED AND NO RESPONSE AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED. ITS BEEN SINCE JUNE 2015 WHEN THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. NOW WE ARE IN NOVEMBER 2015. IM READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP TO HAVE THE DEALERSHIP HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DAMAGE. AND I PURCHASED THE FIRST PLACE FINISH 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IM NOT ABLE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE AND ENJOY IT. AND THE SAD THING IS I PURCHASED IT AT YOUR DEALERSHIP. More
Service was a little lacking. Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands t Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands then came back three hours later. The servicing was complete, but my car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be. This is the third time I have taken it there and it has not been washed either time before. I have had the car for just over a year and the first place finish coating hasn't been redone since that first day. All in all, I do appreciate the level of service I receive there, I just wish that within the three hours that the car was there it could have been serviced like I requested. More

He always has my best interests at his heart. The service department as poor customer service I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is u I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is unacceptable though. In January I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to inspect my remote start that was not working. The remote start was an after market product added by the accessory department at the dealership when I bought the vehicle. Yet I had to have an argument with the service personnel after being told there was no remote start on my vehicle. I had contact the accessory department myself to have the remote start repaired. Then I went there today hoping to have a better experience, but to my dismay I did not. After leaving the dealership I discovered the car charger for my cell phone was missing from my center console. When I called back to inquire about it I was told by an employee I don't know what to tell you about that. Absolutely unacceptable for them to open a closed console and remove any item. More
