Gave'm 2 chances. 1st time I went here I had to go back after work as they did not return my lugnut lock to the vehicle. 2nd time I went here I asked them to fix the pa 1st time I went here I had to go back after work as they did not return my lugnut lock to the vehicle. 2nd time I went here I asked them to fix the pause / rewind on the radio which had stopped working. The tech wrote it is working as it should on the ticket, I had to physically show the service manager it was not working. He said he would look into it, I'm still waiting to here back. Service rep didn't seem to pay me much attention, talked fast and sign by the X's quickly. did not impress me that they were very interested in taking care of the customer. Told me to wait for the shuttle in this dreary room. had to wait over an hour for the shuttle who was taking people well out of their designated max distance on their web site. Have gone to several other chevy dealers in the Jacksonville area, this one is the worst. More

The service dept did not share my appreciation for my car My car is special to me as other people's cars are to them. Here's my story: When I made the appointment for my 500 miles oil change, AND when I arrived at the dealer and spoke with the service writer that morning, I wanted to verify a couple of things beforehand. First, that a Corvette trained tech would be working on my car. I was assured both times that that would be the case. Well, luckily I followed my car within the dealership compound and noticed that a junior tech was about to work on my car. I had to ask that he not work on it, and that the Corvette tech do the work. They obliged, but I had to be there and say something. Also verified when I made the appointment and with the service writer that morning is my second request, and that being that 9 quarts of oil be put in, and I be given the 10th quart to add (if needed) when I got home. This is a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport that is equipped with a "dry sump" oil system that mandates the oil be changed after the initial 500 miles engine break-in period. It should also be mentioned, that there is a special oil level check procedure for the Corvette's dry sump oil system, and that all too often too much oil is put in, resulting in the oil level being too high. Well, 9 1/2 quarts were put in, and when I got home, the oil level was over the "full" mark. Also, I had to ask for the remaining quart- rather 1/2 quart. Perhaps if I stood over the tech's shoulder while he was doing the job I wouldn't have this overfill situation. Not something I requested, but had I known the following was to happen, I definitely would have, and that is for them not to park the car over a huge puddle while the car is waiting for a lift, because doing so would force whoever gets in it, to step in the puddle of who-knows-what, and leave a trail of that muck on and in the car. And that is exactly what happened, and, to add insult to injury, the mess was left for me to clean. And before the car was driven to the front for me to pick it up, I took a picture of my car on top of the puddle and showed it to the service writer. His comment was "that's why we put mats in the car". BTW- there were no mats put in the car. More

Mr. Major, I like the way you had STAND FIRM dealing with the people regarding my extended warranty not taking yes to what they wanted to be done to the vehicle. You know it's easy to say thank you but I wanted to take a step further by thanking you for a wonderful service by writing this letter letting everyone know they will be in good service at Nimicht and working with you. I did and the appointment were made. Second, when I stepped out of my vehicle there were Patrick Harper, I felt at home, I had this vicarious feeling... like returning from overseas and stepping of the plane on United States sole . I saw him before and he helped me before...but I forgot his name...This time I asked for a card.. I shook his hand and he smiled, he said to me you got coffee we have coffee inside, I said, "oops", and I told him my concerns he stated Ms. Kim is going to help you and I give my keys to Ms. Kim and I told her my concerns, she had a smile. Third, my name were called over the intercom to come to service. So they took care of one of my concerns. But my second one I wanted my head rests to be replaced. My head rests on the driver and passenger side is uncomfortable they sticks out...I were told my service that is the way they are made... Finally, I went to my vehicle and got in and look down and it were not vacuumed, I stepped out of the vehicle and Patrick Harper were walking towards another vehicle, he seen the look on my face he said, "what's wrong"...I told him.. He "said" give me the keys, I will take it to be service,. Sorry about that". Then my name were called over the intercom again, when I saw my vehicle I "said Wow...the tires were shinning, the body were shinning and it looked like a fresh haircut. Schedule appointment online as requested Drop car off 30 minutes prior to appointment at 1030am By 4pm same day not one phone call received and I have to call them, and then get told the Tech had his own appointment and left. NEVER bothered to look at my car! No attempts to call and notify me and now I have to juggle through hoops. The following day (my car was left overnight) again no bother to call me with an update until I call them at 2pm, still had not looked at my car and all they got done was the oil change!! 48 hours and $152 for an oil change! Horrible Service and unprofessional team. More
