The service was great. The service people could be alittle more friendlier. But the over all expierance, was good. They did an oil change and car wash on my car, and that was awesome. I purchased my vehicle from Nimnicht, but have used Jerry Hamm for service because it is closer to home. I recently had a service issue and felt Jerry Hamm's service department was unreasonable. I reconnected with my salesman from Nimnicht, Al Gigliotti to help me with this problem and he never hesitated. He stayed with me through the repair process and personally washed my vehicle for me. Dennis in the truck shop ran into a snag in my repair issue, but he stuck with it until he figured it out. Craig Baxley coordinated everything and I felt that my status as a customer was the most important thing on everyone's minds. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to Jerry Hamm. More
