Came to check out the selection of 2011 Traverses on the Lot. We had been to 3 other Dealerships, 2 of them no one even greeted us as we walked about on their lots, 1 talked to us, but it was their "Closin Lot. We had been to 3 other Dealerships, 2 of them no one even greeted us as we walked about on their lots, 1 talked to us, but it was their "Closing Time" and wanted to leave for the night. Rodney first greeted us as we were exiting our car, and said "What can I do to help?" Very helpful throughout the entire process!!! Chuck Bell in Finance was great as well, very helpful in talking out the process, and making it work for us. My wife and I belong to a Insurance Company that has a Car Buying Service, although Nimnicht was not one of the Dealers our service did not send us too, they honored the price. I would and have recommended this Dealership to friends. Overall a very pleasant Car Buying experience!! More

A 1ST CLASS GENTLEMAN AND REPRESENTATIVE OF NIMNICHT. BEST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. However, and this is not Mr. Robert's fault, I've actually purchased 2 vehicles from Nimnicht in the past month or so. In both cases, the On Star [3 months free] was not activated. My understanding is this must be done by the dealer. Ergo, I've had to make multiple trips back, and still must make 2 more, as I'm told this process requires 2 hours [I can't afford to wait 2 hourss]. Fact is, Nimnicht should come pick up my vehicle and return it. After all, it was/is Nimnicht's oversight. When a vehicle is "made ready" for Mr. Roberts to sell, it should be just that: READY. My most valuable commodity is my time. I shouldn't have to use it this way. Same for Howard Roberts. Being the outstanding representative he is, he personally saw "corrective action" through on my recently purchased Silverado. And he'll personally see the same through for my Saturn. ......BUT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. He'd probably sell more vehicles if he wasn't "occupied" with [unnecessary] matters like this. However........a great experience. Keep up the good work. More
My experience at Nimnicht Cheverolet was awesome. I took my car in for recall of flasher relay. The time that I had to wait was not bad maybe about an hour and half. The employees were friendly. He did, giving a detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired and an estimated cost. Because Saturns are no longer in production, he also explained that it might take extra time to receive needed parts. He gave me weekly updates on the work's progress. It did take a week longer than expected, but Byron kept me updated and apologized for any inconvenience. The total cost was within a few hundred dollars of what was estimated. Byron was always polite and helpful. I am totally satisfied with my experience. More

This was my first service since purchasing the car. They sent me free coupons. A $60 service for free. Major was most helpful. They even did my first place finish service two months early.
