I called Desi and he asked me to come in, one of the best decisions I ever made. The customer service at the dealership was excellent and my salesman Desi was awesome. Employees with integtity who are dedicated and work hard! I would like to acknowledge an employee at Nimnicht Chevrolet who has gone above and beyond to help my family find a safe and affordable car. Without I would like to acknowledge an employee at Nimnicht Chevrolet who has gone above and beyond to help my family find a safe and affordable car. Without her help we would probably still be car shopping and I sincerely don't know what we would have done without her hard work and help. In October of 2015, my fiance and I put our entire savings into a car we purchased from Hertz Car Rental. We had the car for a total of 3 days before a light appeared on my dashboard while on the highway and I was unable to accelerate. After contacting Hertz and having the car towed, I researched what the light on the dashboard meant and realized that this malfunction with my new car was serious and a major safety issue, which was a computer malfunction not mechanical and very expensive to fix. I found this VERY concerning because I have a baby under a year old and her safety is our number one priority. Hertz repaired the car in one day and LESS THANK A WEEK LATER, THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM OCCURED! Frustrated by these issues and feeling as though General Manager at Hertz did not see us as a family who had invested thier entire savings into what they hoped to be a dependable safe car, we felt as though we were an enhancement to his paycheck and if he could keep our money within his company long enough until the warranty expired, he could get rid of a problem car and walk away with our money. The fact that he claimed to have taken the car to the Chrysler dealership due to the computer issues, rather than Pep Boys and guaranteed the mechanics work after the first time it broke, but refused to provide any proof of paperwork in repairs was VERY CONCERNING. I did not feel in anyway assured that our car was safe to travel with my daughter inside. That evening out of desperation and the feeling of urgency, as our 30 day return warranty was coming close, I posted on about Facebook the situation taking place with our car, hoping someone could offer any advice that would help us. Later that evening I was contacted by a former co-worker, Deborah Bass. She informed me that she now worked for Nimnicht Chevrolet and that I should return the car to Hertz as soon as possible rather than keep our hard earned savings with a company that was not taking care of us and most importantly looking out for our safety. Having worked with Deborah years ago, I know her strong work ethic and means of integrity. Since I was currently dealing with a company who completely lacked integrity and concern for the safety of its customers, especially the safety of a 5 month old baby, I felt an immediate sense of relief, because I knew that I had someone I could trust to help my fiance and I find a safe, reliable and affordable car for our family. Without any hesitation Deborah immediately began working on finding a new car suitable for our family. The very same evening sent me links to Nimnicht's website, inquired about the type of car we were looking to purchase, along with additional information such as desired milelage, car features, warranty information, and payment options. It was 11 pm at night, so she began helping me on her own time. From there, I believe when she arrived at work the following day, she entered the criteria I gave her into a database used by the dealership and she emailed me several options for cars using that critera. That very same day, I returned the car we previously purchased to Hertz. This was the day before Thanksgiving and due to the holidays and general buisness we were told we would not receive our refund check for up to two weeks. I let Deborah know this out of curtisy, I know she is a hard worker and I did not want her to spend so much time helping us until our check arrived. This did not stop her, anytime she came across a car that matched our criteria she emailed the information to us. We received the check later than expected and during this time my daughter and I had fallen very ill with the flu and wanted to wait until I was better to do any car shopping. My father was very eager to find us a new car as he was tired of transporting my Fiance to and from work. He knew I had a friend who worked at Nimnicht and decided to take it upon himself to go car shopping for me the day after Christmas. He was so eager and acted out of impulse that he did not think to ask for Deborah who had been assisting us for a month. Chris Martin assisted my father in finding a car and when my father brought it by for me to see it, I really liked it. I was very disappointed that he did not ask for Deborah, but my father was unaware of all the work she was doing for us. I contacted Deborah to let her know we had found a car at Nimnicht and that unfortunately my father had gone through another salesman. When we arrived at Nimnicht Deborah was still of great assistance. She went with me on a test drive and showed me all of tge cars features. When we returned to the dealership she assisted us with our paperwork and all of the procedures that went along with purchasing the car. Although she was not the salesman, she assisted us through the entire process as Chris did not. I strongly feel like she deserves recognition for this because she made sure everything was taken care of properly and offered assistance and guidance which I did not receive from Chris as he was nowhere in sight. We paid for our new car outright with a check from Hertz. We were told by the employee in finance that it would take about a week to clear and we would receive a check for the differnce. A week later I contacted Chris in regards to the check and he assured me he would contact me as soon as it was ready. The next day I received a call from Nimnicht, but it was not about the check, it was Deborah checking to see how the car was working out. Two weeks went by and still no word from Chris in regards to our refund. I decided to contact the employee who has been working with me since day one Deborah, it turns out our check had been ready for days. Although Deborah was not the salesman who helped my father find our new car, she has worked extremely hard for my family in helping us find a safe and reliable car. When she found out we were having trouble with the car we orginally purchased at Hertz, she contacted us, referred us to Nimnicht Chevrolet and got right to work, even on her own time. I truly hate that she did not recieve credit for the car sale because she worked so hard with the criteria I gave her to find us a car. And although she knew my father had gone through another salesman, she did not stop working with us and helping us with our purchase. I feel as though her dedication in serving us as customers at Nimnicht Chevrolet deserves recognition. Once she found out my father worked with a different salesman she could have stopped assisting us, but she did not. She has continued to help us through the purchase of this car from the beginning by referring us to Nimnicht Chevrolet, to helping us with all of the purchasing procedures although our salesman probably should have overseen the handling of our paperwork, but he did not, to helping me get my check, and is now currently helping me with a warranty and the issue of our tag. She could have decided to let our salesman take care of these things but due to lack of communication on his end she is looking after these things for me and it's not because she knows me, it because she is a dedicated employee to Nimnicht Chevrolet and wants all customers to be taken care of. If ever in need of a good car salesman go see Deborah Bass at Nimnicht Chevrolet. You may get the impression that Deborah took care of me so well because we knew each other prior to the purchase of my car, however, as a previous co-worker, I know her work ethic and she listens and takes care of people, and she does not mind taking that extra step. She will work hard for you, she is a very dedicated hardworker with intergrity who will look out for your best intrest so that you leave happy and what to come back! More

I applied online for the fear of the typical "sales car" person that would pressure me just to get a sale. Steve Job was VERY patient with me. The online process was very pain free! I applied and did all my information online. Then after communication with Steve over the phone I went to the dealership met with him face to face. The same non pressure and very friendly person met me and reassured me no pressures. Steve was tied up with another customer but excused himself to introduce himself to me and introduced me to his team mate John Farley. John Farley then took over and gave me the same friendly no pressure help. This team and the finance team were all pressure free and were able to get EXACTLY what I wanted without the go back and forth games. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIMNICHT TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!! More
