I brought my vehicle in last week for a 10k mile service. I had made an appointment a week earlier. I waited at the dealership for the service to be done. The overall experience was first rate, there was no pressure to do more than I expected for this interval service and everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I established a good working relationship with Martha Pena early on after I purchased my 2007 Silverado at Nimnicht. The main reason for this visit was routine service, but I did have a question about some stress fractures in my tonneau cover. Martha immediately, after lokking at the problem, called the Paint & Body shop and within just a few minutes a man from the shop rolled up. We discussed my options ( which weren't many ) and I decided to wait and see. I'll probably have to replace it. Martha has done this before with an electrical issue ( my fault ) when she got me together with the man doing the work to discuss options. I like doing business this way and would recommend her and Nimnicht for sales and service. More
