problem with suspension of 2015 sierra I've had my truck serviced 4 separate times in the past 4 months for the same issue. I have this annoying grinding/screeching sound coming from rear o I've had my truck serviced 4 separate times in the past 4 months for the same issue. I have this annoying grinding/screeching sound coming from rear of truck. It can be heard when turning, braking, stopping or going over bumps. The service department seems to incompetent and not able to address/ fix the issue as I've been up there 4 different times. All they say is that we " readjusted", "retorqued", or added "pads" but the situation seems to be getting worse. All of these things should have been done and addressed With my first visit. I get the impression as if it's a race to finish each vehicle, instead of taking the time to diagnos and fix the actual issue. These things shouldn't be happening on a brand new 2015 truck that you pay 60,000$. I've also had a difficult time with getting in touch with management in the service department. They don't seem to answer the phone and messages don't seem to get delivered. Lets see if anyone takes the time to address this issue properly now that I've given this dealership 4 separate opportunities to address this single problem with out complaint. More

Purchased new Silverado and service received. My initial experience with Nimnitch was with our salesperson Don Sanders. Don was knowledgable, curtious and professional in our dealings. This made My initial experience with Nimnitch was with our salesperson Don Sanders. Don was knowledgable, curtious and professional in our dealings. This made the purchasing experience very tolerable. Next is the service experience. Nimnitch's truck service area is aged and far from state of the art, but again the personnel that work there are proffesional, curtious and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate recommending Nimnicht to anyone looking to buy a truck. During my normal service visits, I was surprised to see my salesperson Don Sanders locate me just to make sure that everything was going well. Don even went as far as to request that my truck be washed before it was returned to me. This type of service makes Nimnitch an easy choice. More
