The service was great. The service people could be alittle more friendlier. But the over all expierance, was good. They did an oil change and car wash on my car, and that was awesome. Every time I receive an oil change I can tell the diffrence in the way my car drives. It drives so much better. Also, thanks for the discount coupons, you make it alittle easier with the economy the way it is now. I use to go to the other oil change places, because of the prices. But once I came to Nimnicht,the expierance was totally diffrent. I liked it!! But I love their service, I will continue to be a continuous customer forever. More

I purchased my vehicle from Nimnicht, but have used Jerry Hamm for service because it is closer to home. I recently had a service issue and felt Jerry Hamm's service department was unreasonable. I reconnecte Hamm for service because it is closer to home. I recently had a service issue and felt Jerry Hamm's service department was unreasonable. I reconnected with my salesman from Nimnicht, Al Gigliotti to help me with this problem and he never hesitated. He stayed with me through the repair process and personally washed my vehicle for me. Dennis in the truck shop ran into a snag in my repair issue, but he stuck with it until he figured it out. Craig Baxley coordinated everything and I felt that my status as a customer was the most important thing on everyone's minds. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to Jerry Hamm. More

Saw car on the internet. Approached by sales person and he was very helpful. After test driving the car and explaining the possible financing, we decided to purchase the car. The paperwork was handled in a timely and clearly explained manner. Considering this was a Sunday afternoon and much of the main office was closed, we were very satisfied with the service we received. He explained all the features of the car and showed us how to use them. He helped us to pair up our phones to the bluetooth feature. Finding a nice economical car was our goal. Bought a new Camaro... found that the windshield was chipped and next day also found minute chips along the edge of the driver's door. Windshield replaced under warranty but there was some discrepancy over the door....With the intervention of the salesman and sales manager it was handled under warranty... YEA! A rental was provided at no cost to me. However..... 1st- 3 hour round trip to get vehicle found paint job unsatisfactory and the body shop ticket was open so a reciept was not available... windshield was chipped and replaced that seemed to be handled in service 2nd- 3 hour round trip trip to get vehicle from body shop... door paint job is o.k. BUT found a VERY large white smear on my driver's black leather seat and white smears on the dash. Personnell in body shop were unsupportive... one did not even get up out of the chair to look at the concern, a woman came out and attempted to clean the dash... the white debris came back. I requested they replace the seat since it was a brand new car. 3rd- Seat was replaced, dash still has white smudges in the grain when the sunlight hits it..... not real happy. Through all of this the salesman, Don Sanders, and Sales Manager, Scott Garman were supportive and helpful in getting the paint job taken care of and the seat replaced. The service manager, Scott did agree to reimburse me for the gas I used, which was nice BUT I still drove 6 hours(one trip after work and one trip on Saturday)for nothing. If I had to rate the dealership.... Sales department would get a rating of 10/10, the body shop get a 0/10, and the service 10/10 More
