The service department as poor customer service I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is u I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is unacceptable though. In January I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to inspect my remote start that was not working. The remote start was an after market product added by the accessory department at the dealership when I bought the vehicle. Yet I had to have an argument with the service personnel after being told there was no remote start on my vehicle. I had contact the accessory department myself to have the remote start repaired. Then I went there today hoping to have a better experience, but to my dismay I did not. After leaving the dealership I discovered the car charger for my cell phone was missing from my center console. When I called back to inquire about it I was told by an employee I don't know what to tell you about that. Absolutely unacceptable for them to open a closed console and remove any item. More

Made buying a car very easy I recently bought a car there and one of the things that was very important to me was that the whole process be easy and relaxed with no pressure. Geo I recently bought a car there and one of the things that was very important to me was that the whole process be easy and relaxed with no pressure. George, the salesman handling my purchase, was very patient and helpful. Most dealers would not give you the same level of service if your credit is not up to par, but George gave great service and professionalism despite me not having the best credit. It made me much more relaxed as a buyer and thankful that I had come across someone as helpful as him. Once at the dealership, we received the same treatment and service. Everyone that we came into contact with were great people and you don't feel passed up. I ended up getting the car buying experience that I felt I deserved. If you're looking for a car, call George.
