Salesman (Errol) was good. Other aspects fall short I bought a 2006 Chevy cargo van from this dealership. The van was purchased before it had even gone through cleaning and inspection. My invoice refl I bought a 2006 Chevy cargo van from this dealership. The van was purchased before it had even gone through cleaning and inspection. My invoice reflects a $350 service fee that is supposed to cover critical repairs, oil and filter change, as well as a washing. I made the purchase with minimal haggling and agreed to bring the van back for its service. The Tuesday after I bought the van, I brought it in and dropped it off for service. When I picked up the van on the Friday following, I noticed the floors were soaked (rubber flooring, but the fuse box is under the seat!!) to the point of having standing water. No other cleaning had been performed. The oil filter had not been changed. Additionally, an expensive flashlight was removed from the van. I called the service manager. This went to voice mail. I posted a video documenting this "cleaning and servicing" to my Facebook as well as the dealer's page. I got a call back from my salesman (Errol) to find out what was actually going on. I explained the situation to him. Errol investigated and was able to recover the flashlight. I brought the van back in for a final service that needed to be completed. All in all, this dealership is alright. Salesmen do what they have to in order to get and keep a sale. Finances plays the typical game (like telling me it was at a blow out price already...even though they just got the van in the day prior). The service department (for used car intake, which I understand is a different department from regular consumer service) is terrible. The fact that I could not deal with the responsible parties directly made this even more frustrating. I wouldn't avoid this place, but be aware of what you may run into. I want to thank Errol for ensuring that Nimnicht upheld their end of the agreement enough to leave me feeling comfortable with the van. More

Bought a new ss camaro 2 days later noticed the glove box was messed up and passenger seat was rubbing my console and my rear axle was making a lot of Bought a new ss camaro 2 days later noticed the glove box was messed up and passenger seat was rubbing my console and my rear axle was making a lot of noise took it in for service was given Jack Allen as a service consultation I was told they would look at it the following day and he would call never heard from him so 2 days later I called was told that I was not in the system that someone would call me back in a hour that phone never came called back the next day talked to Jack said he would call me in a hour for a update never got a call back so I had to call 3 more times the following day for jack to have a lady called me back an tell me nothing so I get jack on the phone finally puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone so I had to go to the dealer ship and speak to a service manager to get my car back. So then I was told I would get a call in 2 days to bring the car back to get the seat fixed that was almost two weeks ago no call from jack so I called jack on his cell that he gave to me he gave me a bad attitude when I called and said this is my personal phone he would call me back in 5 mins from his desk and once again he never call that was on Friday its wensday still no call. Jack Allen is a liar and needs to learn some customer service skills I will be taking my car to George Moore Chevy for any future problems because they know how to take care of there customers unlike nimnick sucks and also my glove is messed up again More

When we pulled in to Nimnitch, we were greeted with a friendly smile from Mr. Kelvin Dillingham. He asked what we were interested in and based on our request gave us a tour of this impressive facility. With Kelivn's thorough Explanations of ever car, this process became less intimidating. We were most impressed with Kelvin's honesty and ability to listen to our request. Mr. Dillingham is very patient and showed great persistance in find us the perfect automobile at a great price point. More

Waiting on the title to finish up another deal I have in the works. Will loose this deal do to the incompetience of Nimnicht Chevrolet. Will never ever buy or recommend this dealership. Scott Garmon, Don Sanders and Mike Deutsch made what had begun as a nightmare into a pleasurable experience. Even though nobody at Nimnicht was going to make any "real" money on this transaction, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. They answered all my questions and gave some very helpful suggestions in specing out my new "Z".
