Repeat Customer - Excellent Service Again!! I was in the market for a new car for work. I was happy to see that Ray Burnam was still a sales rep at Nimnicht. I had already picked out the car onl I was in the market for a new car for work. I was happy to see that Ray Burnam was still a sales rep at Nimnicht. I had already picked out the car online (had Vin and Stock Number with me) that I was interested in. To my surprise when I showed up Ray already had the car pulled and waiting for me to test drive. (Love the live chat online function on the website as I let the representative know the VIN# number and asked for Ray.) Overall another Great Experience!! Ray is truly an asset to your organization! To be honest, I would recruit him as a sales rep, however I work in the entertainment industry (video Games) and he is obviously well placed in his current role with Nimnicht as he was my sales rep 2 years ago. He called to follow up with me today and see how I liked the new car and followed up on my service scheduled for Saturday on my other vehicle. I love my new 2016' Malibu Limited!! #AppleCarPlayForTheWin - This vehicle just made running my business and traveling so much more efficient as well as safe as I can now respond to text messages hands free! Please be sure to let Ray know how happy I am with the car and how impressed I was yet again with his Outstanding Service, Knowledge and Patience! More

Service Department is a JOKE! Bad Service = never sending a Survey...how convenient!!! Schedule appointment online as requested Drop car off 30 minutes prior to appoin is a JOKE! Schedule appointment online as requested Drop car off 30 minutes prior to appointment at 1030am By 4pm same day not one phone call received and I have to call them, and then get told the Tech had his own appointment and left. NEVER bothered to look at my car! No attempts to call and notify me and now I have to juggle through hoops. The following day (my car was left overnight) again no bother to call me with an update until I call them at 2pm, still had not looked at my car and all they got done was the oil change!! 48 hours and $152 for an oil change! Horrible Service and unprofessional team. More

Welcoming, friendly, honest I went in knowing that I HAD to leave with a new vehicle - my old one was dying and I needed something. Whereas many places would take advantage of th I went in knowing that I HAD to leave with a new vehicle - my old one was dying and I needed something. Whereas many places would take advantage of this, Nimnicht did not at all. The person I worked with, Matt Golat, was very patient and up front about everything. There was no trying to scam me or just get my money. In the end I wound up leaving with an even better car than I had originally even though of and couldn't be happier. And the price range was within my affordability as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car - new or used. More
