When I got to Nimnicht, not only did Mr. Powell have the car that I had come to see, but he also had two other Toyota Rav 4's for me to test drive. Mr. Powell was patient, accommodating, funny, and extremely helpful. If Mr. Powell hadn't been so pleasant to work with, I probably wouldn't have purchased my car, but Mr. Powell was so patient and helpful on a day that was really really busy with customers.
