The sales representative was very cordial and I could tell almost right away that he wasn't just trying to sell me a car, but he wanted me to leave the dealership a satisfied customer. I went with so much confusion that I wasn't sure of what I wanted. The sales rep was not pushy at all, but he took time to ask questions in stages till I envisioned a picture of what I wanted. Then he brought 2 cars that were exceptional and he gave me as much time as I wanted to look into which one will work best for me. I was extremely impressed because of some difficult questions that I had and how he answered them with ease and assurance. All the staff that I encountered from then on even through the financial department were very amiable, and I got an excellent deal such as I have never experienced before. I am enjoying my car and I cannot thank Nimnicht enough for making this experience painless. The team worked with me till I got what was in my price range. I am very glad that we have such a dealer in the state of Florida. I will always refer my friends and family to Nimnicht. Everyone need to try this dealership!!! More
