Poor service I am so disappointed in Nimnicht service department, first of all my vehicle was there for 8 hours just for a 10 minute oil change and tire rotation. I am so disappointed in Nimnicht service department, first of all my vehicle was there for 8 hours just for a 10 minute oil change and tire rotation. Which I don't think was done. They didn't wash or vacuum out the car. There's no indication that the brakes were checked. More

feeling taken advantage of i went to the dealership with my grown son with Autism, after he totaled his vehicle in an accident I am a single mother. My son doesn't know anything i went to the dealership with my grown son with Autism, after he totaled his vehicle in an accident I am a single mother. My son doesn't know anything about cars, appropriate questions to ask or what to look for. I too have very little knowledge about car buying and find the experience extremely stressful normally and felt it more after my son's accident. Our salesperson made us feel very relaxed and we felt we could really trust him. Now about a month after buying the car, I had a male friend take a look at the car who advised that three of the tires have very poor tread and need replacement asap. Coincidentally, within two days of him saying this, one of the tires blew out and was shredded to pieces. also, the tires had locks on them, with no access to the tool to take the tire off. Therefore, my son had to have his car towed to the dealership to have the tire replaced instead of just having AAA take care of it immediately. When asking about my certified warranty, I was informed I didn't have one on the car, to my surprise. when i initially sat down, my number one requirement was that it had to be certified. Yes, I should have known this when I purchased it that it wasn't , but considering that was the number one requirement and I left without it, I'm truly disappointed. I will say that I was so impressed after I purchased the car, thinking I'll definitely recommend this dealership. However, I feel like I've been jilted and taken advantage of. I take honesty very seriously. This was not honest. More
