I went there for a headlight change....didnt have an appointment...really needed this done ASAP.. Even though I never had service here, Tim Kelly and his tech Shawn went way out of their way to accommo appointment...really needed this done ASAP.. Tim is a outstanding service manager. I recently leased a new Nissan Altima and after a month is found there to be a rattle in the back tire, I also wanted to have the pinstripe on the car removed. Tim an a new Nissan Altima and after a month is found there to be a rattle in the back tire, I also wanted to have the pinstripe on the car removed. Tim and his team fixed the problem in the rear brake and had the pinstripe removed for me. While servicing my vehicle his team discover a bubble in my front tire, as well as a small dent in the rim. They replace both the tire and rim without question, which meant a lot to me, as they really didn't have to say anything at all about it. They did the job quickly and fixed everything that I had an issue with. In addition, Tim really made it easy for me to drop off and pick the car up when it was done. I live far from the dealership and work even farther away. Tim had one of his mechanics meet me at a place that was close to where I live, which really meant a lot to me. My time is precious, especially after work, they really went out of their way to make my experience as painless as possible. Tim also made sure the loaner car I was given was in the same class of vehicle as my own car. It's a V6 and Tim made sure the car I was given was also a V6. What a great dealership, from Sales to Service! Everyone knows that there is a negative aura surrounding the car business. Nissan World of Denville is the exception to the rule and Tim Kelly is one of the many reasons why. More

Staff is very friendly, although service advisor is new to dealership. Service manager and other service advisor recognized me and were friendly. My car was moved from outdoors into service area a few min to dealership. Service manager and other service advisor recognized me and were friendly. My car was moved from outdoors into service area a few minutes after I arrived, work was done in a half hour (oil change and new wiper blades) and car was put back outdoors. Service advisor told me where to find my car; I usually have to ask where they put it in large lot, so I was pleased they told me it was a few yards away from the door. The mechanic who did work has been at the dealership 15 years so I knows my car thoroughly. I trust this mechanic with my life! The waiting area is plenty large, current magazines to look at and pleasant restroom, which I haven't seen at other dealerships. More

I have been here before but never had Good customer service such as the one I had today. In my experience of other Nissan services that were not good at all in the area of customer service, he was very service such as the one I had today. Although it took awhile to get my vehicle back, overall I was satisfied. Price is always expensive but then again most dealership have a pricer service. More
