I went to the dealership for warranty service. They told me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($250.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told them, me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($250.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told them, "no thanks." When I took the Sentra to a local guy, he removed both sets of front pads and brought them to me in the waiting area. In his opinion, the brakes had at least 60% of the pad remaining. He brought a new set for comparison and it was very obvious, even to my untrained eye, that the brakes didn't need replacement! More
Again, a repeat minor service problem and Tim and his team go out of their way for me....I could not ask for a better service manager or team. A ++++.... This is my third visit with my 2 Versas. Service appointments are easy to make, even the same day! Brian has been my service advisor for 2 visits and Henry for 1 visit. Both are fantastic, thorough appointments are easy to make, even the same day! Brian has been my service advisor for 2 visits and Henry for 1 visit. Both are fantastic, thorough and make me feel so glad that I used the service dept. I live in Sussex County so it's a bit of a drive, but well worth it. I have waited for my vehicles to be serviced on all my visits, and the wait time has been very efficient. I am glad that I switched over from another Nissan service center for my service. It was an all day event every time I used their service department, and always felt pressured to do "extra services." .I love that the service advisors at Denville Nissan walk me to my car and go over all my questions.Thank you Brian! Bryan Dayton is a 4 star service tech! The day before our daughter was to leave for college, oil appeared to be leaking from the car. Upon calling Bryan, he told us to come in immediately, which we did. our daughter was to leave for college, oil appeared to be leaking from the car. Upon calling Bryan, he told us to come in immediately, which we did. He took care of the car right away and when the service was completed, took the time to walk out to the car with my husband and explained all that was done. It was an extremely efficient operation and we thank Bryan for all that he did! More
