The Service manager is responsive, attentive and always present. the Service Representatives at the desk take their jobs seriously and are open to feedback. The deliver on promises, are accountable when problems occur and are honest with their words and actions. I recommend Nissan World of Denville. As the principal of a a high school, I am expected and I desire to be fully available to students, staff, parents and the community. Scammed with a smile! Quoted $450 to replace links and bushings on sway bar because of noise. Noise came back. Local mechanic says links never replaced -rusty-but only needed lubrication of ball joint. Service rep admits they were not replaced and says that $400 in labor just to replace bushings "is what they charge.." Mechanic says if this is true he should raise his prices a lot. PS also quoted $529 to replace right front axle. Mechanic quotes less than $400. More
