I went in to get an oil change. As soon as I arrived I was greeted immediately. I was told there were 2 cars in front of me and they would get me done as quickly as possible. this is my 2nd Nisson and dealing with your dealership. I have had no problems at all and everytime i have come in for service they have made it very easy to setup an appointment. I couldn't ask for a better experience getting my car serviced. I brought it in for a mirror, and they noticed I was almost due for an oil change, so they did that as well, saving me another trip to the serviced. The service was excellent. I made an appointment at my convenience and my car was serviced quickly. I waited in a clean waiting area with a television and plenty of magazines to read. My car was waiting for me out front, right by the door - ready to go. The car was clean - no grease marks or dirt from the repairs. The service advisor was very friendly and thiank me for waiting. I have taken my Maxima to this dealer for 8+ years for all service and have never had to have anything done 2x. If I describe a problem, it is fixed right, fixed then. New service mgr started last week, and new service advisor started 2 weeks ago; both are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had to describe how many years I have been going there to get small discount I got from previous service advisor, but new guy gave it to me. World Auto Group apparently decided previous service manager was not involved enough, so new manager was also at the front desk. Since mechanic has known me all these years, he came to discuss details with me as has often happened in the past. People who have given this dealer low ratings for service probably had neglected their cars for a long time then complained when told they needed multiple repairs. I have personally had times when they could have charged me a lot for a service but ignored the chance to be dishonest and charged me only for a small part. I would trust this service department with anything; they have kept my car from breaking down on a road, and therefore have taken good care of me, for years. More

THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED MY NEW CAR'S HORN ABOUT 5 TIMES. IT REQUIRED 10 TRIPS THERE BECAUSE THE PART WAS NEVER IN STOCK. NOW WHEN I WENT THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THE HORN BROKE AGAIN, THEY WANT ME TO PAY HUNDREDS O REQUIRED 10 TRIPS THERE BECAUSE THE PART WAS NEVER IN STOCK. NOW WHEN I WENT THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THE HORN BROKE AGAIN, THEY WANT ME TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR "DIAGNOSIS". SHOULDNT IT HAVE BEEN OVERDIAGNOSED BY NOW? HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD IT TAKE TO DO IT RIGHT? THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS WHY CONSUMERS SWITCH TO ANOTHER BRAND. IT DOES NOT SHOW VERY WELL FOR NISSAN QUALITY. THIS FAILURE TO FIX A NEW CAR'S PROBLEMS SHOWS A DISTINCT LACK OF QUALITY FOR NISSAN PRODUCTS. NO WONDER OTHERS GO TO OTHER CAR MFRS TO BUY A NEW CAR. More
These guys had my car for over 10 weeks due to first a recall, and then starting problems. They fixed the recall for free but then afterwards, the car wouldn't start reliably. They charged me 3000$ worth recall, and then starting problems. They fixed the recall for free but then afterwards, the car wouldn't start reliably. They charged me 3000$ worth of parts and labor and held my car for over 10 weeks, never called me during this time (i had to continually call them), when I went to pickup the car I noticed a huge new dent in the car, which they had to then fix (taking another 4 days). Finally the next day after I finally got the car, it didn't start! I took it to a local mechanic who fixed the problem (defective security chip in my key!) for a few hundred dollars. Denville Nissan are crooks. More
