I had my 2018 Nissan Rogue towed for service on Saturday10/21 and then picked it up on T The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I had my 2018 Nissan Rogue towed for service on Saturday10/21 and then picked it up on Tuesday 10/24. When I got home that night, my passenger side mirror came partially off. I called them first thing on Wednesday morning and was told someone would call me back. The day went by and I heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told the person overseeing my car wasn't around for the day but he would get back to me on Thursday. That Thursday I heard nothing. I called again and a woman said someone would call me in 10 minutes. Again, no response. I finally called and said I needed to speak with someone to rectify this issue and got someone who told me to come in the next morning and they would take care of it for me. Turns out "taking care" of it was the arrogant manager, James, immediately being skeptical and accusing me of trying to pull a fast one on him. He wouldn't take responsibility but would do me a favor by charging less for a repair. His attitude towards the situation immediately turned me off and even questioned the validity of me calling. He made sure to let me know that I could have caused the damage as soon as I left the lot. I don't have the time to call all week and cheat them out of a side mirror. I find it funny that they did a full inspection on the car and failed to mention anything being wrong with the mirror. This place really needs to reevaluate how they do business top to bottom. Have a case in with Nissan customer service. More
Went in for scheduled service, they insisted I needed new brakes when my brakes were totally fine, I declined. Had next service months later at another dealership who confirmed brakes are still fine and no n brakes when my brakes were totally fine, I declined. Had next service months later at another dealership who confirmed brakes are still fine and no need to replace. Won't go back to Rt 10 Nissan. More
I will not return there the worst experience ever in the service department. Rude & Unprofessional. Without even checking my issue I was given random diagnosis and even pushed off to another dealer. The sales department was great had good experience with them however the service dept is terrible I have had the car there 3 time for the same problem and it still not fixed the service writer said he woul them however the service dept is terrible I have had the car there 3 time for the same problem and it still not fixed the service writer said he would call me back and has not responded it’s been well over a week currently trying to file with New Jersey lemon law More
Had a great experience with the service department. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and even though I thought I was going to be there for hours they had me in an out in just about one ho I was able to get an appointment very quickly and even though I thought I was going to be there for hours they had me in an out in just about one hour. They also did a multi-point inspection to make sure everything else was ok with my car. Great experience! More
