Ok...so i recently traded in my 2010 Rouge for a honda...and when the honda dealership ran carfax on my Rouge it came back as having an accident. i said that was impossible cause i bought my Rouge honda...and when the honda dealership ran carfax on my Rouge it came back as having an accident. i said that was impossible cause i bought my Rouge with 20 miles on it brand new and Nissian world of Denville NEVER told me it was in a accident. well it was...1 month before i purchased it. so my trade in is not worth as much. how can a dealership pull this??? how can they scam someone like that?? BE WARNED...IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR FROM NISSIAN WORLD OF DENVILLE...MAKE SURE U STILL GET THE CAR FAXS OR ELSE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU JUST LIKE ME. More
Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!! My boyfriend and I were looking to replace his car with a used car from Nissan World of Denville. After many hours of back and forth with the salesman boyfriend and I were looking to replace his car with a used car from Nissan World of Denville. After many hours of back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager, we were given a great price for the car we wished to purchase. We sat there for several more hours waiting for the paperwork to be processed. We processed a down payment and finally were brought into the office where more paperwork had to be completed. Upon reading the sales slip, we discovered, "Dealer has advised customer that vehicle might have head gasket problem and will not hold dealership liable for any repairs." Clearly there is a problem. After reading this, we approached the sales manager and inquired about the issue at hand. We were told that there were suspicions of a head gasket problem. We confronted the sales manager about why this was not disclosed to us in the proper manner and were told "you could cancel the order now if you want" in a very rude and inconsiderate manner. Needless to say, shortly thereafter, we canceled the deal with Nissan World of Denville. I know there is no such thing as truly honest sales managers, but if you were looking for people that are not going to be snakes then go elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place seems as if they are out to rip people off and make as much money as possible. I can understand the idea of making money, but Nissan World of Denville does so at great costs to humanity. On a somewhat more positive note, I do think that our salesperson was very kind and helpful. If there was one positive aspect about Nissan World of Denville it was Zeke. Thank you Zeke. If, for some reason, you have to do business with Nissan World of Denville, I would highly recommend asking for Zeke. More
My main interaction at Nissan World of Denville was with my sales person Steve Kocak. My husband and I stopped into the dealership to look at the Nissan Murano. We both liked it, but were hesitant because my sales person Steve Kocak. My husband and I stopped into the dealership to look at the Nissan Murano. We both liked it, but were hesitant because we were moving from an SUV with a 3rd row down to a 5 passenger car. We came back another night with our two kids to see their reaction. Steve showed each of them how to adjust the back seat to make it more comfortable for them. He encouraged me to take a soccer chair from my SUV's trunk to see how it fit in the Murano. Steve went out of his way to address our specific needs. My husband returned to the dealership two days later to come up with a price. Steve again, figured out a way to meet our needs. They worked out a deal in a reasonable amount of time, and Steve was ready with papers for me to sign when I got their later in the day. He walked me through all the functions of the vehicle, stressing that if I ever needed help with the voice recognition or gps, I just needed to come back and he would help me out. Throughout our buying process, Steve was personable, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. More
