I am 20 days later; the NYS DMV is telling me they haven't received any documents from Route 10 Nissan. I am getting Mr. Esposito's phone number, and I am going to tell him and the NYS Attorney what a haven't received any documents from Route 10 Nissan. I am getting Mr. Esposito's phone number, and I am going to tell him and the NYS Attorney what a nightmare is doing business with you guys; sleeky lied on the deal, took advantage, and added $8,000 in fees (according to Rich who called me crying to give him a good review after he screws me up) which I did sent him a message since I felt he was going to lose his job. I tried to contact Staling Almonte via phone, but there was no response. Today, I am contacting an attorney to see if I can get this car back to you and get my money back. I had never, ever dealt with someone like these crooks, liars. I want my money back or a response from The CEO of Route 10 Nissan. I want either the general manager or the CEO to explain to me why is it that the sales guy never answers. The bank is already asking me for a payment, and I want to pay the bank in full or get the car back and my money back. Otherwise, I am going public with this xx. More

The extended warranty was offered, discounted, and then removed when requested. I wasted 3+ hours at another dealer, then completed our purchase here in less that an hour. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. More

Anywhere else. I bought my car in April, Jon was my salesperson. The sales experience was on par with buying a used car. The car online was listed at a certain price, and my trade-in was initially valued at one amount, but of course, those numbers all changed once I got in the door and started negotiating the deal. There’s also the $3,000 extended warranty they tack on that you can’t opt out of. That said, I didn’t feel too bad coming out of the dealership and was pleased overall with my experience. Fast forward today, July 19th. I took my car to my local mechanic for a tire rotation. He explained that he could not perform the tire rotation because we did not have the wheel lock socket needed to remove the wheel locks. My previous car didn’t have this feature, so I had no idea a lock socket was needed to remove tires. After helping me rip my car apart for an hour to no avail, he recommended I reach out to the dealership and ask for the lock socket, which should have been included when I purchased the car. I reached out to Route 10 Nissan and spoke with the receptionist and new car sales manager, who both acted like I was an inconvenience. I just got a call from Nato, the used car sales manager. Instead of offering a new set of wheel locks and a matching wheel lock socket (as I requested), he was only interested in why I was bringing my car elsewhere for maintenance and not to Route 10 Nissan. “If you bring it to us for service, we can work out a deal and include the lock socket at a reduced cost when we do your tire rotation”. After explaining that I would not buy anything from them that should have been included with the vehicle when I purchased it, he insinuated that I had LOST the lock socket! “Well, it’s been three months, I don’t know what you did with it. It’s been more than a month”. Why the xxxx would I need to take my tires off within the first month of buying it? As I explained, I’ve never had a car that required a lock socket, but had I known it was needed, I would’ve been sure to look within my first month that all standard accessories were included with my car. But instead of doing a courtesy to a new customer who just bought a $20K+ vehicle, they are refusing to supply me with the $80 wheel lock and screws I need, which should have been given from the beginning. What if I got a flat tire on a desolate road in the middle of the night and needed to put on my spare? The outright lack of concern or understanding from Nato was truly baffling. If management is that bad, I assume it just trickles down to the rest of the crew. Thankfully, I reached out to Route 23 Nissan where the customer service was night and day compared to Route 10. They have the wheel lock and screws in stock and were happy to help me resolve this issue. So there you have it. Route 10 Nissan gives a crash course in horrible post-sale customer service and surefire ways to lose future business. My household has several other Nissan vehicles with leases ending soon, and we were considering going back to Route 10 Nissan, but I will never recommend or support this dealership again. I am cross-posting this review everywhere I can find. I manage a local business; if I ran my business like this, we wouldn’t have any customers. Be prepared to be treated like a piece of dookie once the dotted line has been signed and the transaction is over. I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced today, but hopefully, this will save others from going through a similar situation. More

Moe was a great salesman and let me test drive all the cars I was inteterested in around the lot. He didn’t rush me when looking at the interior and exterior of the cars and continued to reassure me that cars I was inteterested in around the lot. He worked very hard to give me my new vehicle at a reasonable price and explained in detail all my questions to help me understand the process. 10/10 would recommend this dealership, also if you speak spanish they have PLENTY of staff that speak spanish so you don’t have to worry about any communication error or confusion!
