We certainly understand the concern and angst felt by MMlll. We do regret the experience MMIII. had and would like to explain what actually happened. Unfortunately a number of model designations on random vehicles did not transmit properly from the manual data entry point at the dealership to our website as well as third party sites, including Cars.com, AutoTrader, etc. The agent MMlll was chatting with, suspected there might be a problem and actually went through the Dealer invoices located elsewhere in the Dealership to determine the correct model codes and pricing. Our vehicle invoices are kept securely and are only accessible by sales desk managers. Unfortunately, Shannon was not able to view the invoices quickly. Our Company philosophy does not applaud "low-ball" quoting or any "flim-flam" come-ons to attract visitors to our dealership. All of our advertising is in strict compliance with State and Federal guidelines, as well as the Can Spam Act in our Internet and email solicitations. It is our sincere hope that MMlll reads and understands my response and might re-consider his position. We want the opportunity to earn business honestly and with complete disclosure.
