Tim is a outstanding service manager. I recently leased a new Nissan Altima and after a month is found there to be a rattle in the back tire, I also wanted to have the pinstripe on the car removed. Tim and his team fixed the problem in the rear brake and had the pinstripe removed for me. While servicing my vehicle his team discover a bubble in my front tire, as well as a small dent in the rim. They replace both the tire and rim without question, which meant a lot to me, as they really didn't have to say anything at all about it. They did the job quickly and fixed everything that I had an issue with. In addition, Tim really made it easy for me to drop off and pick the car up when it was done. I live far from the dealership and work even farther away. Tim had one of his mechanics meet me at a place that was close to where I live, which really meant a lot to me. My time is precious, especially after work, they really went out of their way to make my experience as painless as possible. Tim also made sure the loaner car I was given was in the same class of vehicle as my own car. It's a V6 and Tim made sure the car I was given was also a V6. What a great dealership, from Sales to Service! Everyone knows that there is a negative aura surrounding the car business. Absolutely horrible customer service. I responded to an online advertisement and live over 1000 miles away on a Wednesday. Spoke to Shannon O'Shea and discussed the vehicle and price on Thursday. I asked online advertisement and live over 1000 miles away on a Wednesday. Spoke to Shannon O'Shea and discussed the vehicle and price on Thursday. I asked for her to send me a full vehicle description and price break down. She sent the price by email but no vehicle description. That Thursday evening I called back and said I would like the vehicle and got no response. The following day (Friday) I emailed and said that I would like the vehicle and got no response. I called again - no response. The next day (Saturday) I called again and left a message for the business development director. The next day was Sunday and they were closed but I still emailed Shannon to say that I would like to see what we needed to do to close the sale. Finally, on Monday morning she wrote back saying that everything was good I just needed to leave a deposit. I again asked her to send me a full vehicle description and pricing break down and asked her in what form she needed the deposit. I got no response. I called them Tuesday morning to be told that the vehicle was not what was advertised and not what we had been discussing for the past 6 days. It was a base model and 3 trim lines below the vehicle we had been discussing. I am sure that the lack of willingness to send me a vehicle description was because they were aware of the "bait and switch" tactics that they were using over the internet. As I was from out of town they could not shuffle me to another model or use other sales techniques to try and close the "switch". Furthermore, the absolute lack of response and full waste of my time is ridiculous and indicative of the fact that they knew it would be difficult to "bait and switch" me for a remote sale. No customer contact or service at any time throughout this process. Totally dismissive and completely ignored both email and telephone conversation. More
