I give Rose and this dealer 5 starts in all the categories! Here's why; 1. It was absolutely the best and easiest experience I have had for purchasing the vehicle. 2. You don't feel like she just wants to sell the car and get it over with. You feel she really cares about you and your after-purchase experience which I think a lot of sales people are lacking. That's why, although pretty much the same car was being on sale at another location at a slightly lower price, I decided not to bother making a trip after I dealt with her. I just felt I wanted to buy from her for the sake of the better service and I wanted the credit to go to her by purchasing the vehicle. So, if you found the car you want at this dealer, I highly suggest going to talk to Rose because she really takes a good care of you! I'm now waiting for her to call me for minor repairs that will be taken care of for free of charge when the parts are ready. Plus, she and the service manager were kind enough to promise giving us a courtesy car for those repairs. What a terrific service! I'm waiting for it, so I can write a awesome review on the service manager here too! I loved the whole experience and am looking forward to receiving the continuous terrific service here! More
Sales Manager confirmed the on road price for New Nissan Rgue. They told me to fill the finance application, run my credit history and after 3-4 hours of wait when they prepared all the documents for my sig Rgue. They told me to fill the finance application, run my credit history and after 3-4 hours of wait when they prepared all the documents for my signature, to my surprise they informed me that on road price does not include tax and tags and I need to pay seperately. They bumped the on road price. It seems the sales people are rookie. Also sales manager who confirmed the price disappeared and someone else was on the table. I was waiting at the dealership with my family and it was a terrible experience wasting 3-4 hours of energy and time. Finally I bought the car from Nissan Springfiled of NJ. They were very professional and understood what on road price means and I was out from that dealershio in just 2 hours with keys in my hand. More

This was honestly the worst buying experience of my life. I told them in begging what type of features I am looking for in car, They didn’t show me a car that I was looking for and made me run around in thei I told them in begging what type of features I am looking for in car, They didn’t show me a car that I was looking for and made me run around in their parking like chicken with no head to look for the car. I felt like it’s my problem that car that I am looking for that they don’t have it. First, the salesman tried to pressure me into buying a car I didn't want. Then they couldn’t offer me same price that they were offering in their website for same car and same stock number. This place is a nightmare. I never encountered the biggest, most unprofessional and clueless morons. They don’t listen to customer and wanted to sell the car on their condition like I have to finance with Nissan which I wasn’t looking for. Most of the sales team are liar. They don’t tell you truth, don’t’ listen to me. I felt like they wanted to me put in empty bottle and close the cap. I left the dealership. Week later Diana called me asking to see If I am still in market and looking for car. They didn’t want to give up. If I am not satisfied with their offer, they should leave me alone. But I told her over the phone that I gave my final offer to sales person and sales Manager, and asked her if they ready to make a deal on same offer, I will stop by otherwise I don’t want to waste my time. She said don’t worry we will work it out and Sales Person who was helping me is no longer work there. So I went there next day and Saw same sales person (THIS IS A BIGGEST LIAR).I hate liars as everyone else. I got different sales person who was nice and helpful. But they didn’t give me same deal and didn’t give me chance to explain my offer. They made me to finance with Nissan. They didn’t tell me finance rate till I don’t buy car. I felt guilty thinking I came 3 times and not making deal so I made deal. I got the car with their offer. The way I got the car, I wish I could return this car to same dealership. More

This is my third visit with my 2 Versas. Service appointments are easy to make, even the same day! Brian has been my service advisor for 2 visits and Henry for 1 visit. Both are fantastic, thorough and make me feel so glad that I used the service dept. I live in Sussex County so it's a bit of a drive, but well worth it. I have waited for my vehicles to be serviced on all my visits, and the wait time has been very efficient. I am glad that I switched over from another Nissan service center for my service. It was an all day event every time I used their service department, and always felt pressured to do "extra services." .I love that the service advisors at Denville Nissan walk me to my car and go over all my questions.Thank you Brian! Bryan Dayton is a 4 star service tech! The day before our daughter was to leave for college, oil appeared to be leaking from the car.
