Danville Nissan Rose is the best car salesperson we ever met and made the difference in us buying a Maxima over a Toyota and the 2014 Maxima over a used car. Without Rose is the best car salesperson we ever met and made the difference in us buying a Maxima over a Toyota and the 2014 Maxima over a used car. Without Rose we would not have bought this car. She deserves a raise!!! Thanks Rose from Phyllis, Kasson and family More

I went to the dealership for warranty service. They told me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($250.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told them, me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($250.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told them, "no thanks." When I took the Sentra to a local guy, he removed both sets of front pads and brought them to me in the waiting area. In his opinion, the brakes had at least 60% of the pad remaining. He brought a new set for comparison and it was very obvious, even to my untrained eye, that the brakes didn't need replacement! More
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and friendly people. I bought cars & trucks in the past from this dealership, recently referred my mother, 2 cousins and friend. I went in looking to "trade in" & "upgrade" my older model 2010 Nissan Frontier SE Truck to 2014 Frontier ProX. I went in knowing what I can afford, Keith the salesperson helped me the best he could. With back & forth and some miscommunication in between the GM (Anthony Novak) ultimately gave me the number I wanted and was quoted, he made it right by the customer!! We all know with all dealerships it comes down to the GM's final number when closing a deal. Anthony was able to make this deal because he did his homework by knowing & networking with other dealerships and customers and was prepared to have my "trade in" sold to give me the number I wanted for my new truck. All customers should know dealerships are a business to make money and we need to be more knowledgeable when buying a vehicle. Unfortunately I witnessed some conversations with the GM & salespeople taking their valuable time to educate customers on finance, trade in, money value, residuals, etc etc.. So as a customer be more prepared with numbers knowledge about the car your want to buy to help save time. I left happy and everyone there did their best to give me the comfort in knowing I got truck I love and could afford. Smooth-Easy Experience!! Garret K. More
I just bought myself a 2013 Nissan Rouge and I'm happy with everything from the help, the price and more. Alex was a wonderful help. So nice and friendly. Nissan World of Denville is your stereotypical car dealership and was warned in advance about the way they operate by several friends and associates. I went against their advice, engaged in a dealing dealership and was warned in advance about the way they operate by several friends and associates. I went against their advice, engaged in a dealing with them and was put through the same sale tactics... or lack thereof. I inquired about a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The salesman seemed pleasant and told him I want to make a deal, this is what I have to spend, and if you can make it happen you've got a sale. He took down my numbers and came back with the General Manager. The GM came back with a monthly payment $60+ higher than I wanted to spend and I started to leave. Next, the Sales Manager introduces himself and wants to do what he can to have me drive the car home that night. He returned with a number that was $10.00 more over a month than what I asked for, but it seemed like we were getting close. The Sales Manager went into his office and I was left speaking to the salesman. I said to the salesman, get my payment down -$5.00, we've got a deal. He went into the office, came back and said, "It looks good. Let's get a jump on the finance paperwork." I suggested that we wait, but he assured me that the deal was as good as done and it would save time while the Sales Manager did his thing. The Sales Manager comes back and says, "we is a problem." He cannot finance my balance over 60 months at 0% interest and would get it with 2.9%. Up went the red flag. I thought, how could a Sales Manager not know this. He suggested some workarounds, one being to finance over 48 months. I agreed and he went back into his office and adjusted the payment. I noticed that the numbers at 48 months equaled $300+ more than the original balance. I questioned the math and noticed the deal was worked at the higher amount. Not the amount the salesman told me we had a deal at. Meanwhile, this transpired while the GM was present. The Sales Manager asked me to leave while he worked out the numbers. I made a phone call and was called back into the office. The Sales Manager respectfully declined my offer as he'd be loosing too much on the deal. That's understandable, they are in the business to make money. I shook hands with all three employees & thanked them for their time. I thought to myself, "that wasn't such a horrible experience" and questioned those who warned me not to do business with them. After thinking their deal over, I left a VM for my salesman. No return call. I called again, nothing. Early afternoon I get a call back from the Sales Manager. He seemed pleasant and I asked him to confirm the figures and I'll close the deal over the phone or after work. He said he would get right back to me .Several hours go by, nothing. I called back and was told me he was busy. This was the first car dealership that didn't immediately return a phone call. I show up at the dealership, see my salesman and he gets my paper work. As I'm waiting, I see the Sales Manager. I wave to him and without looking me in the eye says "hi" as if he's never seen me before. This was the same guy that joked around with me, pat me on the back, and showed me pictures his son had sent him on his cell phone the previous business day. The dealership was busy and my salesman ushered me into another room. I had asked him if he could meet me half way. Truth be told, I had every intention of accepting their offer and made it known before I exited. I'm in the market for a second car for my wife and if I could save a few bucks, great. Here is where Nissan World showed their true colors. My Salesman comes back and says the Sales Manager had already told me that he couldn't sell me the car as he'd be taking a loss and shows me another figure $60+ /month higher than what we had agreed upon. FALSE. The Sales Manager had said, he couldn't sell it to me at the monthly payment that "I" had asked for. The deal was ON at their price, otherwise, why was I filling out finance paper work? Why did he work the deal from 60 months to 48 months? Everything was good prior to me questioning their math. My guess is that they never had any intention of selling me the car at that price. I'll assume that's why he barely acknowledged me when I showed up at the dealership, returned my phone calls or come into the room and tell me himself. If it was an honest mistake, I could accept that, however, my story coincides with other customers that had left reviews and apparently this seems to be a common practice at this dealership. I asked my salesman for email addresses of the President and Vice President he and replied, "Whats that going to do for anybody?" Really??? This was after the salesman asked me to give him the day to speak with the VP and refrain from posting any negative reviews until then. I obliged and never heard back from him until I reached out, only to hear him make excuses for the Sales Manager. This is the epitome of bad business and I suggest you avoid being insulted and look elsewhere for your new vehicle. More
I drove from Long Island to Denville NJ to purchase a used BMW from Nissan World. I left the same night with the car and a temporary license plate with the assurance from the staff there that i would ge used BMW from Nissan World. I left the same night with the car and a temporary license plate with the assurance from the staff there that i would get the permanent registration in about a week or two. After two weeks I began calling to check the status of my registration. I have since called no less than 5 times and my temp tags are expired and I still dont have an answer when the car I bought from them will be LEGAL to drive on the road. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
