Rip Off!!! Worst customer service. They removed a part that never needed to be replaced. I was told Kia corporate would give an answer to cover it on warranty on Worst customer service. They removed a part that never needed to be replaced. I was told Kia corporate would give an answer to cover it on warranty on Tuesday. They demanded I pay and return loaner on Monday. Rip off!!! Don't come here. They only wanted to resell the part there was no need to remove any cat converter from a 2016. The car is only two years old and they said well "we can't help you because you have no record with us." How much of a record should be on a 2 year old car. More
