Rich Liebman worked hard to find the specific vehicle I was interested in since they did not have one in inventory. When it was delivered from the other dealership they discovered a very small ding they let me know about it right away rather than try to hide it. The slightly dinged piece was replaced right away so I could still take delivery of the vehicle the day it was scheduled for. Rich made sure I fully understood the operation of the vehicle before I drove off and indicated he will be following up in a couple of days to make sure I am having no issues with the vehicle or have any questions on its operation. When I pulled into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike DiLeo (sales manager) and Peter Montanaro, who wasted no time in understanding my needs. As a previous Fusion customer with a different dealership, I had an expectation of what a new lease would look like, and as soon as Peter began discussing my options, I decided to go for a fully loaded model. Instead of trying to sell me a vehicle on the lot, he spent all the time I needed to find the perfect vehicle, one out-of-state. When the numbers came on a vehicle way more equipped than my '13 fusion, I was BLOWN AWAY at how much lower they were than the previous dealership (on a much more expensive car no less). I decided to think about the deal, and left. There was absolutely no pressure. About an hour after I got home, I called Peter back to leave a deposit on the vehicle, and today (one business day later) the vehicle was ready for pickup! When I took delivery today, Peter, and fellow salesman John Kalis, spent lots of time going over the benefits of my new Fusion Energi, and made sure I didn't leave without fully understanding every feature on the car. Peter and I actually drove into Morristown to practice the self-parallel parking feature. Unlike the typical stereotypes of dealerships, I did not spend much time picking my car up at all. As soon as I went into the Finance office, Brian Ubinski described every piece of the financing process very clearly and was a terrific help. There were no pushy sales gimmicks, and I was out on the road shortly after. This was by FAR the greatest experience I've had in a dealership. I will be sending all of my Ford friends right to Beyer and I would suggest anyone else in the market do the same! More

Dan worked methodically with us and offered very good pricing and threw in a couple of accessories to help seal the deal. The only Ford dealer I'll go to I moved to the area a year ago and was in the need for a car. Beyer Ford was only a few miles from my house, and I was interested in the Explorer, so I moved to the area a year ago and was in the need for a car. Beyer Ford was only a few miles from my house, and I was interested in the Explorer, so I figured I'd check it out. After test driving the vehicle, I signed on the dotted line shortly after. Why? Great car. Was able to negotiate the terms I was comfortable with, and the customer service was first-class all the way. Fast-forward six month and my wife needed a car. We looked at the Escape, CR-V, Rav4, and others in its class. When it came down to it, most of these cars have similar features and pricing, but once again Beyer made us feel right at home. You walk in the door and they treat you like you want to be treated -- happy to help, open to negotiating, and make you feel very comfortable with the big decision you're about to make. We chose the Escape because we were once again able to get the terms we were looking for, we liked the car, but most of all, the customer service again was great. I wouldn't go anywhere else to look for a vehicle in the future. More
