The absolute worst dealership I've ever visited. Steve, the Used Car Manager, is the rudest, most condescending individual I've met. I have no idea how he keeps his job. I dropped my ford off on August 3 at the service department to be diagnosed for an issue. I was called by my service advisor Connor Kearns later that day saying that the motor mounts needed to be re department to be diagnosed for an issue. I was called by my service advisor Connor Kearns later that day saying that the motor mounts needed to be replaced. Connor informed me that the car should be ready by the end of the next week. I called on August 12th to find out the status of my vehicle and, this is when the game of getting sent to voicemail started. I've been struggling to talk to anyone at Nielson Ford in Morristown. Everytime I ask to be transferred to my service advisor or service manager I get sent to voicemail and, nobody calls me back. I set an appointment up with Connor at some point between August 12th- August 19 to pick up a courtesy vehicle. I was told to come to the dealership on August 22nd at 11AM to speak with the person. When I arrived Connor informed me that somehow he did not know the gentalman who handles the courtesy vehicles was going on vacation. So we had to wait around for about 2 hours before someone from another location could come to help us.How do you not know if you set up the appointment. On the morning of August 23, I received a Call from Connor advising me that the part needed to complete the repair on my vehicle and should be done by August 26th. It's been 2 weeks since I've been able to speak to a person at the dealership. Its unfortunate that I've had to have my father ask friends of his who work at other Nielson dealerships to figure out the status of my car. As of today the Service manager informed us that the parts weren't even there and no approximate ship/ manufacture date. This dealership lack in communication and competence and if their sales department is anything like the service department I would advise to purchase your Ford from another dealer. And, if you want to have some sense of peace that your vehicle is properly getting taken care of, don't use Nielson Ford of Morristown's service department More

It was worth the wait and is an amazing vehicle!! They kept to their commitments and treated me very fairly. 5-star experience throughout. Dropped my car a year ago for a trans issue. Two weeks later I was notified that they didn’t do trans work. I picked the car up and they had changed the ignition. Nobody else but me can turn it. So I made an appointment three weeks ago to get a thermostat replaced. It’s been a week since they got the car and nothing has been done. They said they couldn’t turn the ignition. Omg. My experience has been horrible and not sure if it’s getting better. I have not received any phone call backs although I was told I would. More
