Dave Wood helped me with a convenient appointment that same day, explained the process and time frame needed. I came back at the agreed time, Dave got me in the system quickly and service was performed in less time than expected. Dave also answered a few questions for me that helped me. While I was waiting I discussed another small problem with my truck, and even though the parts dept. was closed Dave helped me get the part ordered. I appreciated the extra effort and friendliness. Never buy or get car service at this dealership because it's rip off. I brought my 2005 Durango for a factory recall ( gas filler tube replacement) and gas smell after tank is filled up. They told me a senor (fuel vapor detection pump 25.00 online) has to changed before a scanner can be hooked up. To make the story short the final bill came out to be 1,700.00 and I asked them for all the used parts never received them. Never received a call back from them after I left a voicemail. Take my advice never go there they will rip you off. More

I came to Nielsen after bad experiences at two other dealers, including the one I bought mine from. As a SRT enthusiast you can imagine how this rubbed me the wrong way. I came into Nielsen with no appointment and Jim helped me no problem and had the service manager take pictures right away to get the warranty process going. A short time after that the problem I was trying to have fixed for months was finally fixed. I will be using Nielsen for all my future servicing as they seem to understand the SRT and the culture behind it. More

I CALLED FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON WEDNESDAY AND WANTED TO COME IN ON FRIDAY, THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. CAME IN AT 4:30 WAS DONE BEFORE 5:15 THAT WAS GREAT.
