I have to say this is the first time EVER I had a positive experience with the Service Department at "Warnock". I really hesitated even buying a car at "Warnock" again because of the service departm positive experience with the Service Department at "Warnock". I really hesitated even buying a car at "Warnock" again because of the service department. 95% of the time I had to write a letter to corporate to complain. So I don't know if it is because Warnock is now Nielson ... but finally good service! NOW if SOMEONE could get word from the SALES department that we are STILL waiting for the 2nd key to our car. We only got one and each time I call (4 times in the past year)I am told the previous person that was leasing the car "has the key but has not dropped it off yet". We really need a 2nd key ... how long do we have to wait before someone realizes the previous person isn't reliable enough to send it over? More
Our salesman was Marty Zucker. We liked his demeanor - not aggressive or too pushy, which would have turned us off as it had at another dealer. I always feel at ease when dealing with the service staff at Nielson. Karen is an absolute doll to work with at the front desk and all the service reps are friendly and easy to work with. I purchased a new car at Warnock in May of 2011. Since then they were purchased and rebranded as Nielsen. A promotion when I purchased the car was a free membership in the "Diamond Club" which, among oth then they were purchased and rebranded as Nielsen. A promotion when I purchased the car was a free membership in the "Diamond Club" which, among other things, included five free oil changes. I got my first oil change in September. The representative at the Service desk told me not to activate my membership since I received an extra "first oil change" free. Because the Diamond membership would expire in 15,000 miles from activation he explained that it would not be worth it to activate yet. I just recently went to the Service department for my second oil change in February. Nielsen will not honor the promotion if it was not activated before Nielsen's purchase of Warnock, or if the car was purchased greater than six months before Nielsen's purchase. at 34.95 per oil change, that is almost $175 in oil changes that I will have to pay for out of pocket. I will never purchase another car from there nor will I get my car serviced there. More
WE ORDERED A JEEP THAT SHOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS TO GET, WAITED 7 WEEKS, WE CALLED A FEW TIMES TO CHECK ON PROGRESS BUT THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T CHECK FOR SOME BOGUS REASON. I CALLED HEADQUARTERS AND IN 5 MINUTES S 7 WEEKS, WE CALLED A FEW TIMES TO CHECK ON PROGRESS BUT THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T CHECK FOR SOME BOGUS REASON. I CALLED HEADQUARTERS AND IN 5 MINUTES SHE TOLD ME IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A VIN YET! NOT EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT BEING MADE. THEY WARNOCK/NIELSEN SAID THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO. DON'T GO THERE! OTHER DEALERS AT LEAST TRY TO HELP WHEN YOU ARE BUYING A NEW TRUCK! I GUESS THEY DIDN'T WANT MY $40K! SO WE GOT ONE FROM SOMEONE GOOD! More
