He posted on Facebook that despite the storm that hit our area on Friday, the dealership was open for business. Prior to this I'd been reading up on Hondas and other cars. I hadn't really considered any brands offered at your dealership. I sent Joe a short message to tell him what I needed. He responded quickly saying to come on over -- he had a few things in mind. After looking over what you had I started to get overwhelmed. Joe was great. He'd listened to what I'd initially said regarding capacity and cost, and helped me narrow down my search. He literally pointed me right at the perfect SUV -- he even got the color I wanted. Joe took a process that I normally dread and turned it into a no-brainer by taking all the stress right out of it for me. Tom was great, too. My credit isn't the best. He not only got financing for me, but went back for a 2nd round and managed to get me a lower rate. I've always loved Joe because he's even as kids, he's known how to be a good friend -- evidently he knows how to be a great salesman, too. I will recommend your dealership, particularly Joe and Tom, to anyone whom I hear is in the market for a car. I'm still in shock over what an easy experience it was! More

Everyone was very friendly, Chris was very good at taking care of all questions, issues etc. His trainee, whose name I forget, who went on the test drive was also very informative. The sales person was very nice. BUT he lied with the price and so did all the higher up managers!!! I went there wiht my aunt to get a new 2012 jeep all she wanted was a Base Model. they let her drive o price and so did all the higher up managers!!! I went there wiht my aunt to get a new 2012 jeep all she wanted was a Base Model. they let her drive one but was not a base model and we kept telling them we wanted a bas model come to find out at the end of the deal they screwwed us with out even saying that they were not giving her the base model and gave her a more expensive one! they are liers there!!! we had no clue untill we got in the car to leave that it was the same care she test drove.. we called the BBB and other goverment places becasue what they did here was rip of a 70 y.o person!! on top of that there was a used one online we saw for 17 thousand and they everytime she bought up that she wanted to see that and that she wanted that one since it was cheaper they kept beating around the bush! also they doing the paperwork at the end we asked how much the car came to they said 18 thousand and it was realy 23 thousand. and they swore to her that the payments were going to be no more that 315 a month. come to find out the last 10min. of the paperwork it was going to be 365!!! WARNING!!! do not let older people or people that you know that dose not no how to make care deals go here alone!!! They spot weak people and cheat them!!! so mad at this company and i hope they get fined a lot of money for what they have been doing!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE!!! More

I went to Neilson Dodge with the Dart in mind. I had done a bit of research, but was looking to find out some more, and hopefully get a good deal at the same time. I met with Steve at the dealership in done a bit of research, but was looking to find out some more, and hopefully get a good deal at the same time. I met with Steve at the dealership in the morning, and we went over the features on the car, and all the specs and whatnot. I wasn't sure I was ready to buy, but Steve was making it very hard to say no, the offer and discounts were really just that good. I ended up being at the dealership for almost 6 hours!! and I have to say, the whole time I was there, Steve never once gave the impression he was annoyed, never once tried that classic 'car salesman attitude', and was always calm, friendly, and really made me believe he was there to help me make a decision I would be happy with, not just to push a random car on me. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a Dodge in the area, he was a great guy, and I drove off the lot happy in a brand new Dodge Dart! More
