We visited the dealership after a phone conversation inquiring about a mailing. The mailing advertised a trade in of my 2 yr old Jeep Compass on a new similar vehicle with no additional down payment and inquiring about a mailing. Despite not being in the market for a new vehicle, we spoke to Bill Daley, who sold us the 2011 Compass. He was very friendy, listened to our 'requirements', explained our options clearly. He was not pushy and offered sound advice. After settling on our purchase, we spoke to Ray Spina about financing and extended service options. He too was friendly and explained optons clearly. And we had our new Jep Patriot an hour and a half later! More
Never buy or get car service at this dealership because it's rip off. I brought my 2005 Durango for a factory recall ( gas filler tube replacement) and gas smell after tank is filled up. They told me a senor (fuel vapor detection pump 25.00 online) has to changed before a scanner can be hooked up. To make the story short the final bill came out to be 1,700.00 and I asked them for all the used parts never received them. Never received a call back from them after I left a voicemail. Take my advice never go there they will rip you off. More

I previously purchased cars from this location when it was Warnock. This was my first experience as a Neilsen customer. I was impressed with the ease of negotiating price via e-mail. When I arrived at was Warnock. This was my first experience as a Neilsen customer. I was impressed with the ease of negotiating price via e-mail. When I arrived at the dealeship, Dave greeted me. He was friendly, allowed me plenty of time to look over the car and ask questions. He was easy to deal with, and I would seek him out again the next time I buy a car, and I would reccomend him. When he brought me to the back office to sign the paperwork, the gentleman there (Tommy or Tony, not positive) was hurried and talked fast and pushed papers in front of me. While he did nto rush me to sign anything, he did try to slip in "etching" on my sales contract for $299, which I did not order and would not. He actually lied to me and told me all cars at the dealership have etching, which of course is not the case. To be clear, I had just sat in the dealership for over an hour, and was abotu to buy a car for over $34,000, and this guy could have caused me to walk out over this obvious scam. When I went back to Dave, he agreed that the car windows are not etched by default I also find the doc fees at the dealership high. So, in general, Dave - great to deal with, and trusted him abotu as much as one trusts a car salesman. The other guy - he's the sole reason I might steer clear of Neilsen in the future, On the detailing of teh car, it was pretty good, but after detailing there were a few spots, smudges in the interior and on the body. Dave was great and took me back to the shop to get it cleaned up, but that shouldn't be his job. The car should come clean to him, More
