Alex's friendly, calm demeanor made me feel accepted and comfortable, which is not always the case when dealing with high-priced purchases. Alex really helped me understand all of the features in my new 2014 Challenger...I absolutely love this car! Would I recommend Nielsen to my friends and acquaintances? Yes, for sure! This is my first opportunity to own an American "muscle" car and I have been very pleased with the way I was treated by both Alex and Mike and, as I said, after driving the car all day on Tuesday, 1/28, I am very pleased with the car's overall performance. The only thing I regret is that I have to work all day and I can't be out driving my new car(maybe after I retire I'll be able to do that). I was pleased with the trade-in value of my old "78 Porsche and the Money Chamber made me laugh my head off after signing all those financial papers. Excellent stress relief for sure.
