Lone Salesman in the Rain Me and my wife had been searching for a deal for a Great Jeep and one Rainy Cold day we pulled into the Nielsen Jeep dealership. There was one guy standing out in the rain and as soon as we got out of our Vehicle he greeted us and walked us right into the sales center. He was friendly and not trying to make a sale but just being a great person. That alone caught our attention. Rasheen helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. He made sure me and my wife got everything we were looking for. And if they didn't have it he knew exactly the best options for us to add features later on. Long story short, Rasheen was GREAT! We left with a brand new Jeep and we have loved every moment driving our new car. be careful with service Took brand new truck for oil change and they did not change filter that I marked with a sharpie and they swore the did.after confronting them they not Took brand new truck for oil change and they did not change filter that I marked with a sharpie and they swore the did.after confronting them they not only changed filter they also gave me $300 in parts and labor for free since they got busted.called chrysler and chrysler called to question them and they denied not changing filter but gave me a 300 dollar leveling kit for my truck.chrysler even said that makes no sense.my advice is if you buy car here take it to any other dealer for work.DO NOT TRUST THEM.they also chipped my paint and denied that too.horrible service dept. Certified Used Car Brought a certified used Jeep for my daughter. My wife and daughter had been looking, found one she liked at Nielson on a Friday night. They negotiated a fair price, put a small down payment on it, so I could come and kick the tires and check it. We arrived shortly after opening on Saturday morning, the Jeep was already prepped and ready for my inspection. All was good, so we went in to seal the deal. Rasheen Cobb was the salesman and he was awesome. He got all the paperwork ready, answered every question we had and helped my daughter set up Bluetooth on her phone in the Jeep. I don't remember who we worked with to sign all the paperwork, but he was great too, absolutely no pressure to purchase additional extended warranty or any other added costs. Our last vehicle purchase at another dealership horrible due to the pressure to purchase an extended warranty from a salesman, we were within a minute of walking out of the that dealership. We were out of the dealership in a 1/2 hr after sealing the deal. This was the best vehicle buying experience we have had, highly recommended. More
