We agreed on a price without lots of back and forth games. From there he arranged to have the car ready and processed our pickup efficiently. They also have a great staff. It is worth mentioning that my salesperson Rasheen was just the best. It is rare to find a salesperson who listens closely to what my needs are. Rasheen is one of those rare gems! After I tried a demo car and worked with him on my needs, Rasheen realized what type of car would best fit what I was looking for. He suggested the new vehicle I now have. The Jeep Grand Cherokee - Limited is exactly what I needed! My experience was so positive with Nielsen and Rasheen that my in-laws came the same week to get their new town and country van. They closed even before me because they agreed that Nielsen's customer service was great. My father-in-law and I are now driving cars from Nielsen. :) More

Outstanding customer service! I went into this dealership to look at a car, but once I met my salesperson and she introduced herself. I felt this connection... Both being mothers I went into this dealership to look at a car, but once I met my salesperson and she introduced herself. I felt this connection... Both being mothers, having small children we bonded before we even started test driving .. The entire dealership was friendly and inviting . Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, and looking out for our best interest. I did not feel overwhelmed like I normally do at other dealerships nor did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. We came out of the dealership with a better deal and truck then what we had expected.
