Best "Shopping" Experience On Saturday I came to Neilsen Dodge to take a look at some of the Wranglers on site and to test drive one with a manual transmission. I took my ride w On Saturday I came to Neilsen Dodge to take a look at some of the Wranglers on site and to test drive one with a manual transmission. I took my ride with Lexy. I hadn't driven a stick shift in a really long time but Lexy made me feel comfortable enough to give it a try, although all I did was prove that I belong in a car with an automatic transmission. After returning from my test drive, Lexy brought me inside the dealership to show me the 2 door Wrangler Sport in Copperhead. I was immediately drawn to the color and shortly there after fell in love with the style and size of the car it self. Having only ever owned used cars, that I could pay for in full, I was nervous about going through the "new car process" without any backup but Lexy assured me that she'd give me all of the information and walk me through the entire process until I was comfortable and understood everything. She held true to this promise. I asked her a lot of questions and she gave me clear answers that even I could understand. After going over the terms of the lease, costs, etc with Lexy she handed me off to Tom in finance who also went over everything in great detail and answered all of the questions I had. Once I signed all of the paperwork, Lexy set up my phone/Bluetooth, helped me take off the roof panels and I was on my way. This was by far the easiest transaction I've ever made and Lexy was able to take all of the "scary" out of buying a car. I would absolutely come back to Neilsen and have already recommended Neilsen and Lexy to my boss and other coworkers. More

I felt no pressure throughout the event and when I had signed for my new Chrysler 300 I felt good that I had been treated fairly and professionally.
