I am STILL waiting for my local dealres to call me back so I can order my 2015 Jeep. In addition, I was kept informed regularily during my 7 week wait from order to delivery. Lexy really made me feel that I was her only customer and that she was personally invested in my satisfaction. The delivery was terrific and detailed, the final paperwork a breeze. I am so glad the finance aspect is so different that 10 years ago - no pressure for costly unnecessary extras. Well worth the distance I had to travel to get just what I wanted. My only negative was the monthly payment quoted to me was about $35 less than what it ultimately came out to (not including the additonal extended warrantee). I thought this would be an easy way of receiving what would be their best non-negotiated pricing over the internet without having to spend hours getting beat up by a salesman and sales manager at the dealership, but instead it lead to multiple e-mails and then enticing me to come in and talk with them to determine the pricing. I've asked to be remove from their e-mails, and wouldn't recommend them to others. More
