He was very informative, but even moreso, *personable*. He was friendly and genuine, and built loyalty with us because he was "real" and while a professional salesperson, not "sales-ey" or "Auto-mall-ey". What a breath of fresh air. What he didn't have answers to, he took a moment to ask management about. So we felt like we were always getting a straight and true answer. And we ended up in a car we love at the (very) right price in no time. I will definitely recommend people to Moose. He made car buying painless... if anything, a pleasure. What a good guy! Best Dealership Ever Ive been searching for a car for over 3 months, after all my searching and research, I wanted to close a deal by the end of September. For the past 2 Ive been searching for a car for over 3 months, after all my searching and research, I wanted to close a deal by the end of September. For the past 2 weeks ive been in and out of 3 dealers spending over 5hours each visit. Things were becoming very stressful for me to the point that I broke down and cried several times. And then I ended up at Nielsen, were Tony(manager) told me not to worry that regardless of my situation everyone deserves a fair chance to get into the car they love, and for sure the next day Tony called me and got me into the vehicle that I always wanted. When I got to the dealer they had me in and out Vito did a great job getting me started, Brian in finance was awesome, and Amanda who started with me from the beginning is amazing, and Tony deserves an Oscar. During the process of leasing the vehicle there are pockets of “downtime”, typically experienced when the Finance dept or Sales Manager is reviewing or processing paperwork. During that time I sincerely enjoyed talking and hanging out with Rich. He could not have been more courteous to my wife and children. He truly is a good person, and I hope that he finds his place at Nielsen as I would look forward to doing business with him again, and recommending him to family members. As an FYI, I have purchased Nissans and Subarus in the past and hated the experience. More
