A GREAT car buying experience (x2) I had bought previous vehicles from this dealership (when it was Warnock). Last December, 2013, I worked with Frank Formica to purchase a 2014 Jeep Co I had bought previous vehicles from this dealership (when it was Warnock). Last December, 2013, I worked with Frank Formica to purchase a 2014 Jeep Compass. This December, Frank was not available due to illness and I was referred to Chris Suchy. After a test drive, we negotiated a price for a new 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited. The dealership got me, once again, a good, fair deal as well as a great financing with Chrysler Capital. I was ready to visit several dealerships which I researched online for price and inventory but Nielsen was my first and only stop. The paperwork was completed that same day(Sat.12/13/14) and I picked up the car the following Tuesday. I was given a chance to Spin the Wheel and won a Samsung Blue-Ray player. I also got a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card just for the test drive. I appreciate the care, courtesy, honesty, and respect Nielsen CJDR gave me which made the whole car buying experience a very pleasant one.
