With winter weather descending, I decided I needed an AWD vehicle, and quickly. I came to Nielsen to look at a used car in the inventory. Even getting out of my car was intimidating to me. I was terrified to be taken advantage of, and had heard horror stories of slick car salesmen taking advantage of women car shopping solo. Luckily for me, I was helped by Rich Colazzo. At no time in my dealings with Rich did I ever feel like he wanted anything other than for me to find the perfect vehicle and to be completely happy and comfortable. Rich was polite without being sycophantic, knowledgeable without being patronizing, and just genuinely all-around spectacular at his job. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them), and treated me with complete respect. In reflection, it is no surprise that I purchased a car from Rich.
