My 2015 eco diesel laramie was built for me factory fresh, because I refuse to compromise with what I want in a truck. Some of the options didn't even exist but I still got em. I would especially like to take this time to recognize the Current Service Manager Manny Grillo who has been a pleasure to do business with, he always make sure to keep me abreast of the progress of my service visits. My husband always serviced our vehicles, but now that he is older we have it serviced. He said an oil change is around a 15 minute job. Every time I make the appointment I arrive on time. But, my problem is I'm there for no less than an hour and this last time it was an hour and half. We are from Hopatcong and there is no way for me to have someone drop me off and pick me up. We have never had our car serviced anywhere else, the oil change has been done at Nielson Dodge every since we bought the car March of 2010. More

After dealing with several Sales Managers and sales representatives we knew that Nielson Dodge Chrysler and Jeep was the place. Why? There are many components in buying a car. For us, the price was #1 as we are living off one income. Customer Service also played a BIG part in our decision making and it was STELLAR! Rasheen took his time in asking questions and had a lot of patience as we test drove different trucks. He really is a nice guy with a lot of knowledge. Dwayne was very helpful too. I highly recommend this dealership. Go there and ask for Rasheen for a great experience. I leased a truck today and left very satisfied. More

Good car prices, bad service dept I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. When I bought my minivan in 2013 they sold it to me, only for me to learn a day later it had a recall on it. You'd expect that to be checked BEFORE delivery to the client. They did rush it in and make good on the recall very fast. Overall, good sales experience. Except at closing, they had a guy who was rushing around, pushing things in front of me to sign and I noticed he added on a fee for etching windows. When I told him I didn't order etching he told me all Neilsen stock came etched, I grabbed the saleman who said that was not true and they were not etched by default, nor was this van. So the closing guy I felt was less than honest. Beyond that, I brought the van in for yet another recall and asked for an oil change too,. I got the bill- over 476 for an oil change! When I questioned it, they said I ordered a tire rotation and "27 point inspection". I told then I did not and they reduced the price to $46 (still pretty high for a regular non-synthetic oil and filter change). So the bottom line, OK prices but watch out for add ons at closing time on a sale and apparently during service as well. More
